• keep your good manners with every creature
• the Lord of heavens likes His servants on excellent manners
• Shaytan making them to be most worst ones
• be merciful, don’t be cruel! O people, don’t be oppressors
• Heavenly messages: "be gentle, respectful, forgiving, tolerant…”
• the oppressors will be punished; no way to enter Paradise
