An event organized by President of Nahdat al-Ulama, a grass-roots organization founded by Gus Dur, the late President of Indonesia. President Gus Dur had met personally with Mawlana Shaykh Hisham and Sultan ul-Awliya Mawlana Shaykh Nazim on numerous occasions during his presidency. His legacy of love and honor to the Most Distinguished Naqshbandi Tariqa lives on through his representatives, government officials and family members who were present at this event, in honor of Mawlana Shaykh Hisham's visit.
