Suhbah after Jumu`ah
(Mawlana Shaykh stands) Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, laa ilaaha illa-Llah, Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, wa lillahi 'l-hamd Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, la ilaaha illa-Llah, Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, wa lillahi 'l-hamd Allahu Akbar `ala man takabbar wa tajabbar ajzahumullah antaquhumullahu wa minhum jahanammiyoon jababiratu ’l-qawm. Astaghfirullah thumma as-salaatu wa’s- salaam `ala Sayyidi 'l-Awwaleen wa ’l-akhireen Hadrati Rasoolullah Sayyidina Muhammadin wa `alaa aalihi wa sahbihi ajma`een wa man tabi`ahum bi ihsaan ila yawmi ’d-deen.
Yaa Sayyidee yaa Rasoolullah shafa`atak yaa Rasoolullah! Anta ’l-hadir ma`anaa laa shak wa laa shubha. qaala subhaana wa ta`ala w`alamoo anna feekum Rasoolullah. (Mawlana Shaykh sits) w`alamoo anna feekum Rasoolullah.
A`oodhu billahi min ash-Shaytani 'r-rajeem. Bismillahi 'r-Rahmani 'r-Raheem ayyuhan naas yaa `ibaadAllah koonoo `ibaadAllah laa takoonoo `aseer.
Don't be a servant for Shaytan!
إِنَّ الشَّيْطَانَ لَكُمْ عَدُوٌّ فَاتَّخِذُوهُ عَدُوًّا
Inna Shaytan kaana lakum aduwun fa’takhidhoohu `adoowa subhaanAllah
Verily Satan is an enemy to you: so treat him as an enemy. (35:6)
madad yaa RijaalAllah. Allahumma’rzuqnaa faham. We are asking Allah Almighty to make us understand.
O Our Attenders! From the east to the west, from the north to the south, koonoo `ibaadAllah, you must try to be Allah Almighty's servants! If you are Mankind, you must try to learn what your mission is. If you are from the animal world and if you are donkeys, you must try to learn the mission of a donkey. A donkey knows its mission, but you, Mankind, don’t know your mission. Donkeys know, dogs know, foxes know, wolves know. You, Mankind, do not know your mission! Ptuuh (spit on) those from Mankind who do not know their mission. Animals know, but now Mankind does not know.
It is the biggest shame of Mankind; they think their mission is to kill each other. Ptuuh on that missionary! Mankind now, 21st century people, say or believe their mission is to kill each other, to make the worst for each other. Is that honor, to kill each other? Animals are not doing what Mankind is doing now, in our days in the 21st century. There is no honor for them. inna batsha rabbika la-shadeed, you must know Divine Might will take them away in seconds!
Look at what is happening now. I am sorry to say those in the Muslim world their heads, who they say are the rulers of the Islamic world are killing them. Most of them are fighting their citizens, who are mostly weak people asking for something, that Allah will give them a little chance. They are asking those tyrants, "Give us a little bit," and they are answering, "No, we are not giving that to you."
"Give us some honor."
"No, honor is only for us! You must be under our feet, you must be our servants!"
And you must say as Pharoah said, ana rabbukumu ’l-`ala, “O Egyptians, I am the Most High Lord! You must be under my feet. If I give to you, you may eat; if I give to you, you may drink. Either I give you the chance to live, or I kill you! I am the first. The whole power is in my hands."
I am sorry to say that now in the Islamic world there are so many tyrants whose ways are like Pharoah. They are not Muslims, and they are not accepting any god but themselves. But now in our days, the Libyan, Egyptian, Iraqi, Syrian, and Yemeni leaders are saying, “No, I should be here (ruling over you) up to death.”
Allah is telling `Azra`il (a) to take their souls to the fire. (Mawlana Shaykh stands) Rasoolullah sallatullahi wa salaamu `alayh bashshara qaatilin bi ’l-qaatil. (Mawlana Shaykh sits) “Rasoolullah said, ‘Say to those who are murdering people, it is a warning, but it is (mocking). Give them tidings that who is killing, they will be killed.”
O Tyrants! You who are killing your innocent citizens! They haven't anything to fight you with; they are like sheep or goats. and you are bringing heavy weapons and killing everyone, children, women, elderly, without providing for the youth! And you are saying, "We or our family must be here (to rule you)." No! Bashar (al-Assad, of Syria), there are bad tidings, not good tidings for you!
Once upon a time, there was a tyrant who was living in Baghdad, he was saying “ I am only here.” He killed hundreds of thousands of people and said, "I am here." Fa`tabi’roo yaa ooli ’l-absaar, take your lesson from what happened to that one who was saying, "I am here! I may kill! I may do everything." What happened? How did his life end? Allah Almighty made him to be caught and hanged on a triangle!
O Tyrants who are fighting against your people! Take that lesson. If not, you will regret, because the Holy Prophet (s) is not speaking by himself, but his words are from the Heavens!
بشر القاتل بالقتل
bashiril qaatil bil qatil.
Give tidings to the killer that he will be killed.
It will be their end, to be hanged or shot. There is no more hope for them that the Lord of Heavens will give them a chance to remain as president or statesman for their people, no.
O Tyrants! The Lord, Allah Almighty, was looking. inna rabbaka labi ’l-mirsaad, “Your Lord is looking at what you are doing.” He gave to you as a grant to be the head of your nations, and how are you going to deal with your people? Are you using justice or oppression? But they are following Shaytan's way, and Shaytan is very happy to make them trapped..
O Arab Kings! All tyrant kings from the east to the west! You must fear what is one day coming to you! Justice of the Lord of Heavens is absolute justice; no one can escape it! You will be trapped in a trap so that Allah Almighty is giving His Heavenly Judgment and you will not continue.
O Tyrants! Don’t say, "When will live and die as kings." I say to all Arab kings, the tyrants of Arabs and Islam, what is written in the old books about Hajjaaj uz-Zhaalim. O Arabs! You know about Hajjaaj uz-Zhaalim: he was an example for tyrants as the top one. When he passed away, he was seen in a dream of holy people, awliya, and he was asking, "O Hajjaaj, how was your Lord's dealing with you?"
He replied, "O good servant! However many heads I cut, for example a thousand heads I cut, then a hundred-thousand times they cut my head! For every innocent one I killed, my head was cut once. Only for Zubayr ibn Awwaam ( r), a Sahaabah, for him they cut my head seventy times."
Ayyuha ’l-mulook, ayyuha ’l-mulook! You may have one more chance, one month, one year, ten years, but you are going to die. And what we are saying now is from divine justice, giving to you as a punishment up to the Day of Resurrection.
O Bashar (al-Assad, President of Syria)! How many people are you ordering to be killed? You are not going to run away. One day you are going to be killed and divine justice will order angels to cut you, or order that you will be shot, once, once, once (again and again).
O Tyrants! O Salih (--- of Algeria)! O Husni (Mubarak of Egypt)! O Gaddafi (of Libya)! O Iraqi, Tursi, who are doing their worst for servants of the Lord! The Day is approaching you and you can't escape. That is a warning from the Heavens to all of you. I am a weak servant, not able to speak on my own, but they are making me declare this nasiha, an advice to you. Quickly stop killing people! If you are not stopping it means never-ending angels are waiting to kill you up to the Day of Resurrection.
Tawbah, yaa Rabbee. Tawbah, yaa Rabbee.
Therefore, the Seal of Prophets said ... laa takilnee ila nafsee tarfata `ayni wa laa aqal min dhaalik. fi hayyati dunya. toobu yaa Allah... minhum... inna Allahu Ghafoorun Raheem.
But they are not keeping their mightiness from weak, defenseless people. Leave them! Leave them! If not you will be taken aswa, worse. Tawbah astaghfirullah. ya’foow `ankum. idhaa massakum. (Mawlana Shaykh laughs)
O People! O people from the east to the west, from the north to the south, particularly those who are governing and are commanders of millions of people, Salih mashoor annahu majnoon, that one is crazy. If you are taking him to the doctor, he will say, "This person is 100% a no-mind person. Take him to the mental house."
O People! This is heavenly advice for you. If you are happy to be in the Divine Presence, to come innocent with shining faces, you must follow what heavenly advice comes to you. Accept it. If not, you know heavenly punishment will come to you, if not today, tomorrow; if not this month, next month; if not this year, next year. It will be coming; you can't escape, like the last one whose soul will be taken, Iblees, Shaytan. All of Mankind will be collected, they will have died, all of them. No one is going to be alive, only Shaytan. And heavenly orders will come, “O `Azra`il! Take his soul from him.”
For example, if he is in the east, Shaytan is going to go to the west, but `Azra`il (a) will find him.
O People! You can't escape; one day you will find ‘Azra`il (a) in front of you and he is going to take your soul and there is no escaping, no way out. Khalas, finished.
O Tyrants! Without reason you are making trouble to reach from the east to the west, from the north to the south, and it is a shame for you. Non-Muslims are laughing, saying, “If their religion (Islam) was a real religion, those leaders would not be able to do this. … Look what Muslims are doing to each other!" That is the biggest shame for them and Islam, astaghfirullah!
O Allah! Those people are cheated by Shaytan. O our Lord, our Lord! anta tahkum bayna al-`ibaad, let him not do more than this zhulm, injustice. It is the biggest sin to kill each other without a reason!
May Allah forgive us. Tawbah, yaa Rabbee. Tawbah, yaa Rabbee. Tawbah, astaghfirullah. O our Lord! Protect us, that we may not follow the orders of Shaytan. We ask for Your forgiveness that we followed Your enemy, Shaytan. Tawbah, yaa Rabbee, tawbah. Astaghfirullah, astaghfirullah, astaghfirullah. Tawbah, yaa Rabbee, tawbah astaghfirullah.
Fatihah.
w`afoow `anna ya kareem, O Allah! Forgive us.
ابْعَثْ لَنَا مَلِكًا نُّقَاتِلْ فِي سَبِيلِ اللّهِ
iba`tha lana malakan nuqaatil fee sabeelillah.
"Appoint for us a king, that we May strive in the cause of Allah." (al-Baqara, 2:168)
Send for us one king, in order that we may strive in the Way of Allah.
(Shaykh Hisham Effendi: That is a nice example you gave today, I never heard it before, about Hajjaaj uz-Zaalim, killing people in every place, 70,000 people, even Sahaabah.)
