Suhbah after Jumu`ah Khutbah
(Mawlana Shaykh stands) Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, laa ilaaha illa-Llah, Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, wa lillahi 'l-hamd! Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, laa ilaaha illa-Llah, Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, wa lillahi 'l-hamd! Alfu salaat, alfu salaam.
رَبَّنَا وَلاَ تُحَمِّلْنَا مَا لاَ طَاقَةَ لَنَا بِهِ وَاعْفُ عَنَّا وَاغْفِرْ لَنَا وَارْحَمْنَا أَنتَ مَوْلاَنَا فَانصُرْنَا عَلَى الْقَوْمِ الْكَافِرِينَ
Rabbana wa laa tuhammilna maa laa taaqata lanaa bihi waa`fu `annaa w ’aghfir lanaa w ’arhamna Anta Mawlanaa fansurnaa `alaa ‘l-qawmil kaafireen.
Our Lord! Lay not on us a burden greater than we can bear. Blot out our sins and grant us forgiveness. Have mercy on us. You are our Protector! Help us against those who stand against faith. (al-Baqarah, 2:286)
Madad yaa Rijaalullah! Madad yaa ‘Ibaadullah, yaa Rijaalullah! A`oodhu billahi min ash-Shaytani 'r-rajeem. Bismillahi 'r-Rahmani 'r-Raheem. (Mawlana Shaykh sits)
O Our attenders! As-salaamu `alaykum, salaamu’Llah `alaykum. We are asking forgiveness from our Lord, Allah Almighty, because about our Lord's commands we are such lazy and careless ones, and we are making big trouble for Mankind. From east to west, from west to south, there are five billion people or more, most of whom are careless about the Holy Commands of Allah Almighty, which is the biggest blame for Mankind!
The One Who created us and granted us such honor and so many heavenly favors promised us that if we keep His orders, we will have honors forever. That is our honor in this life, that we may reach a happy life. People are running after a happy life, asking for an enjoyable, honored, unending life and no death, to be alive forever. That is Mankind's favor, but they are not upholding the way to reach that! Everything they ask for they may get, but they are being cheated by Shaytan and its followers by thinking their sweet life and happy life is only for a limited time!
The Lord of Heavens promised Mankind that if they keep true obedience, "I promise you a never-ending life." But Mankind is running after Shaytan and shaytanic ideas, saying, "Our life is only for a short time and no more." Shaytan is saying to them, "You must try as much as possible within the short span of your life, to taste everything. This is a short life, after which you will reach nothing!" This is a wrong idea that Shaytan makes people accept, and they say, “We will live only a very short time and after that we are going to be dust!”
O People! He Who created you doesn’t want you to be here for a short time and then to be dust; He likes to grant you a never-ending, enjoyable life! Therefore, try to not be cheated. Shaytan is the biggest liar and the biggest cheater who puts so many traps and countless tricks to cheat you! Don't believe what Shaytan tells you. After this life there will be never-ending life, either in Paradise or in Hell, as there are only two choices for Mankind. Therefore, use your minds and your mentalities! Believe that He Who created us knows all about Mankind, His servants, and He also knows the real purpose for which He created us!We have not been created to behave like animals, only to eat, drink, and reproduce; that is not Mankind’s real aspect and Allah Almighty never likes human beings to be like animals. No! Whoever says that is beneath the level of animals, and this belief brings so much trouble to people now.
The Lord of Heavens informed us through thousands of prophets, "O People! You have been created by the holy order of your Lord, Allah Almighty, Who says, “Be! Kun fayakoon,’ and you come into existence." You must try to know about your Creator and His Power, Majesty, Glory, and His Will. Use your minds a little bit and you may reach your real aspect and true aim. Try to learn about this; think on it! But I am sorry to say that even Muslim territories are not using real knowledge to teach their young people to know their Lord and Creator. They are following Shaytan, who is causing them to fall into hells.
There are more than five billion people who are unhappy, fighting and killing each other. There is no meaning or wisdom in them killing. What is the benefit for one man to kill another or to create such terrible weapons for killing? An ant does not say to other ants, “Kill that one!” But 21st century Mankind is now beneath animals. A very weak creature, the ant, never contemplates killing another ant, and human beings are plotting to kill all Mankind! Why? Is that an honor for Mankind? But now religious people have stopped speaking what is in all holy books, that for one man to kill another is the biggest sin and Allah (swt) will take His Revenge on murderers. You can’t kill even an ant without a reason!
Now people say we have reached the peak of civilization. If to kill each other is being “civilized,” we are saying, la`natullah `alayh, “The curse of Heavens be upon them!” They are real representatives of Shaytan! Mankind is now running to be representatives of Shaytan and are under its command, “Run to kill each other!” If you do that, what honor is for you here and Hereafter? May Allah forgive us.
O People! I am reminding you because you are not thinking on this! Angels from Heaven will take revenge on oppressors! We are asking our Lord to protect us from the influence of Shaytan's ideas and its ways. Shaytan will be happy if all Mankind kills each other, which is its highest goal!
O People! Why aren't you hearing your Lord's commands? He is saying to you, "Don't kill," and Shaytan is saying, “Kill!” How do we think we are perfect ones who have reached the high point of civilization? Therefore, heavenly anger is now coming on Mankind and people are trembling, saying, “There will be nothing left of our homes or anything we do!”
O People! Be fearful of Allah Almighty’s endless power! He can do anything, and we can do nothing! May Allah (swt) forgive us.
O People! You are welcome. We are asking Allah Almighty to save us from the hands of tyrants, to take them away and send us good ones with real knowledge and real aspects for our daily lives. And we are thanking Allah Almighty and His most beloved servant, Sayyidina Muhammad (s), wa sharafa wa karam. (Mawlana Shaykh stands and sits)
O People! May Allah (swt) forgive me and forgive you. I am asking forgiveness for me and for all His servants.
