(Mawlana Shaykh stands.) As-salaamu `alaykum wa rahmatullahi wa barakaatuh. Madad, yaa Rabbee. Madad, yaa dastoor yaa Sultan! Laa ilaha illa-Lah Muhammad Rasoolullah, `alayhi salaatullah wa salaamuh. A`oodhu billahi min ash-Shaytaani 'r-rajeem. Bismillahi 'r-Rahmaani 'r-Raheem. Laa hawla wa laa quwatta illa billahi 'l-`Aliyyu 'l-`Azheem. (Mawlana Shaykh sits.)
O our Grandshaykh (q), Yaa Qutbu 'z-Zamaan, the pole for this dunya, everything is now under his control, (without which) nothing can come through this world. If anyone wants to do something without asking permission or asking support, they cannot do. If not asking a grant from Qutbu 'l-Mutasarrif, who is looking after everything in this world, nothing in this life or on this planet is going to be suda, aimless (wasted), no. It is impossible, to act and to bring something by itself, by himself or herself. Because we are now looking with our eyes, looking and seeing that everyone is free--going, coming, doing everything, must be independent! No, can’t be. Everything must be controlled, even atoms must be under control; if no control on an atom it cannot be in existence. Diqaa (carefully consider) amrun daqeeq, this very precise issue that is so difficult for people to understand, because everyone is going to say, “How an atom must be under control, or that it can’t do anything without reaching and asking for permission?” When you are saying this people thinking how it can be, but they are not asking how atoms are in existence. When saying that every atom is under control, it is too big for no-mind people to understand! Yes, atoms are moving, and if doing something, it can’t be doing it by itself. No, it must be controlled. Therefore, everything must be under control from beginning to end. Atoms are under control; if there is no control then there is no life and no death.
We are asking humbly from that one, who is responsible for controlling everything on this planet. No one can ask how it is going to be under one person's control. That is something that does not belong to me or to you, it belongs to the Lord of Heavens. He created and He appointed one on this planet, saying, "You are responsible for all things." Finished, just granted that one power at the same time. Therefore, I am sitting here and saying, “O my Master, they are asking forgiveness and a grant from the Lord. You have been given something to know, to understand, to live and to live life. Also we are asking ..." And he is on that position (to grant that to us).
Salafi `ulamas, la hawla wa la quwatta, it may be very big thing for them. I am a simple person, a weak servant, but they are making me to speak, I don’t know. Coming now a sign from heavenly revelations and saying, “Ask to them," what I am asking to Salafi `ulamas. Maybe this is going to be too big for them. (They are asking,) "How can it be a person to do everything and have everything under his control? How can it be?!" Oof! You are `alim? You are Salafi `ulamas and not understanding what the Holy Qur'an is saying? What does the Holy Qur'an say? Allah Almighty is saying on behalf of Himself, ayatu 'l-kareemah, the noble verse:
إِنَّمَا أَمْرُهُ إِذَا أَرَادَ شَيْئًا أَنْ يَقُولَ لَهُ كُنْ فَيَكُونُ
Innamaa amruhu itha araada shay-an an yaqoola lahu kun fayakoon!
Verily, His Command, when He intends a thing, is only that He says to it, "Be!" and it is! (YaSin 36:82)
This point that brings proof, they (Salafi `ulama) are not understanding; they are thinking what is happening on this world is through our will, as they like nothing showing something from Allah Almighty's Greatness!
The Lord of Heavens is asking for one thing from His servant (the qutb) to control everything on this planet; he has been granted an attribute that belongs for people. The Lord of Heavens is giving one attribute never granted to angels, that tameez, distinguished attribute, that Allah Almighty granted only to Mankind. What is that? Willpower! Willpower was never granted to angels. It is not granted to angels and other Creation don’t ask, never given except to insaan (human beings). Therefore, we have that honor, Innamaa amruhu itha araada shay-an an yaqoola lahu kun fayakoon! Take care on this point! That is an endless Knowledge Ocean on which you can’t find a shore or an end to its depth! This is granted from that divinely attribute for Man, because they have been selected to be deputies. Allah is saying khalifatan (plural), not saying khalifah (one, singular).
وَإِذْ قَالَ رَبُّكَ لِلْمَلاَئِكَةِ إِنِّي جَاعِلٌ فِي الأَرْضِ خَلِيفَةً
Wa idh qaala rabbuka lil-malaa'ikati innee ja`ilun fi 'l-ardi khaleefatan.
And (remember) when your Lord said to the angels, "Verily, I am going to place on earth one who shall inherit it." (al-Baqara, 2:30)
O Salafi `ulamas! You must try to learn that you know very little. You need some more preparing for your soul and for your physical being for understanding. It is not that you are knowing nothing; you must try to know the way of knowledge through understanding. Therefore, if you are objecting on that point how it can be a person, one person, from Mankind... (Missed five minutes from crash) ... so many doctors who are learning from European academies are saying, "The Seal of Prophet (s) is like us. That revelation now came to him and he did his mission, finishing and going away, so that we and the Prophet (s) are on same level." What is that? That is biggest wrong and also no adab, good manners. He (s) is such a one that no one can know! Prophets may know about the creation of Adam (a), but no one is (truly) knowing about Adam's (a) creation, which is different from others. SubhaanAllah, glory is for Allah (swt) that everyones’ beings are so different.
It is also most high level only for one to be in Divinely Presence. Whole other ones, their levels no one can accept, because divinely levels are only for ahadun ahad, only for ahad, must be only one ahad. In that presence there can’t be two! Allah is waahidoon, Allah is ahadun, and Allah is ahadun wa 'n-nabi kadhaalik (and the Prophet is) also! He is One; can’t be two there for understanding from deep realities of the Lords’ Existence. Ahadiyyah (Absolute Unity of the Divine Essence) is only for one. Waahidaniyyah is the level of heavens people may run in, and there they may know about something about what we have been granted; to run in it seven levels, no more. We cannot carry more than seven levels and seven levels finishing and endless levels of Divinely Presence beginning. No one can step on it except one, Sayyidina Muhamad (s)! (Mawlana Shaykh stands and sits.) Therefore, the most honored one, Sayyidina Muhammad (s) was granted Sidratu l-Muntahaa, last point anyone can reach. That is Jibreel's (a) level; after that he cannot move anyone else there.
O People! You must try to understand something for our Lords’ greatness so you can reach more lights, more enlightening, that will be on your level. Endless oceans! Allahu akbar! Once we were discussing that one person looking after this planet. This huge space is also under ones' control. This world that no one knows the beginning of the universe or end, no one knows what "we" know about our dunya and what that one is controlling. One is enough for us! Then other creations through countless levels, through seven levels of heavens, how many beings, how many creations filling them no one knows! (Mawlana Shaykh stands.) Allahu akbar, Allahu akbar, Allahu akbar, wa lillahi 'l-hamd. (Mawlana Shaykh sits.)
O People! Don’t try to claim, "We are Salafi `ulama," no! Leave it, but try to be a student, kun taalib, be a seeker, a student.
وَقُل رَّبِّ زِدْنِي عِلْمًا
wa qul rabbee zidni ilmaa,
And say, 'My Lord increase me in knowledge.' (20:114)
That is now for the Seal of Prophets (s), but you must take from him. You must ask for an `alim that has ahaata, surround (encompass) whole Knowledge Oceans. Leave that (believing you are an `alim) and try to be a student! A student is always trying to learn every time something new, now that we are looking now on our planet, where Allah Almighty's (swt) Creation is going on endlessly. You will be happy when reaching from one Knowledge Ocean to another, toobaa lakum, "(Rejoice at the) good tidings," for those who are running to learn more from their Lord, because to learn much more will give much more power to be ta`zheeman, glorifying Allah Almighty! That is the weakest servant, so don’t say, "We are `ulama." Try to be students, asking for more and more and more knowledge, as that gives you so much pleasure that you cannot imagine!
