Dastoor yaa Sayyidee. (Mawlana Shaykh stands.) Madad, madad yaa `ibaadallahi-saliheen.
Allah Allah, Allah Allah, Allah Allah, Azeez Allah
Allah Allah, Allah Allah, Allah Allah, la ilaaha illa-Llah, Allah, Kareem Allah
Allah Allah, Allah Allah, Allah Allah, Subhaan Allah
Allah Allah, Allah Allah, Allah Allah, Sultaan Allah
Alfu salaat, alfu salaam `ala habeebika 'l-Mustafa. Yaa Rabbu 'l-`izzati wa 'l-`adhaamati wa 'l-Jabaroot, nahnu `abeeduka, arham d`aafana.
(Mawlana Shaykh sits.)
As-salaamu `alaykum, all attenders for this humble association! Salaatu 'd-darayn, to be happy and enjoyful and in pleasure here and Hereafter, for those who are asking to hear heavenly announcement. O Attenders! If you like to be beloved and honored ones to your most glorious Creator, Allah Almighty, please try to give much more time for His Divinely service.
O Salaf us-Saliheen `ulamas! Anything wrong? You are servants, we are servants. Don't run after imitated titles, no! Imitated titles don't give any honor to you. A `oodhu billahi min ash-Shaytaani 'r-rajeem. Say! How many times you are saying daily? Or are you thinking that you have been dressed in heavenly protection granted to anbiyaa (a)? Yes, do you think you are innocent ones, that you have such an exception under Divinely Protection? What do you think? Say! Don't fear! If you are innocent ones or just protected through heavens, then I am asking you, Qul hatoo burhaanakum, "Bring your proofs!"
How many times you are saying, a`oodhoo billahi min ash-Shaytaani 'r-rajeem? You are not getting out from your house? You are going out. I think mostly you are also putting dark eyeglasses, sunglasses. Mostly I am looking and seeing you are using dark glasses, (so as) not to be seen where you are looking. Who is `alim? Those who can keep reins of their horses. Here we like to say zumaam, "reins on our egos." How many times Salafi `ulamas you are looking daily, here and there, and Allah Almighty is saying and you must know:
y`alamu khaa'inata 'l-'ayuni wa maa tukhfaa 's-sudoor.
(Allah) knows (the tricks) that deceive with the eyes and all that the hearts (of men) conceal. (40:19)
You may hide your eyes to where looking, perhaps you may put on dark eyeglasses, but from inside, you may look where you are looking. Allah knows! And He Almighty is saying, "Keep your sight from looking at forbidden aspects, forbidden places." Yes, our egos like for there to be more and more ladies in the streets. Also so many ladies as 'secretary' in your offices. Do you think (about) that? But the Lord of Heavens is looking.
يَعْلَمُ خَائِنَةَ الْأَعْيُنِ وَمَا تُخْفِي الصُّدُورُ
y`alamu khayaanatu 'l-`ayun wa maa tukhfa 's-sudoor.
(Allah) knows of (the tricks) that deceive with the eyes, and all that the hearts (of men) conceal. (40:19)
O Salafi `ulamas! Say the truth. How many times you are looking daily (at haraam)? This is something, but we are asking something else. Now we are saying, a`oodhu billahi min ash-Shaytani 'r-rajeem. How many times are you saying, a`oodhu billahi min ash-Shaytani 'r-rajeem? Say! Is Shaytan never coming to you to make you do this, to do that, to look here and there? Salafi `ulamas were humble people, 100% on true ways, yes. That is why in our time Islam is coming down, because who are responsible for Islam are not giving enough advice. You are not advising. Perhaps every Jumu`ah you are going on mimbars but you are not saying what Allah Almighty is ordering, "Keep your eyes not to look at haraam, forbidden aspects." Say? Daily, how many times you are looking and not saying, a`oodhu billahi min ash-Shaytani 'r-rajeem?
Perhaps you are riding sometimes new model, new fashion cars, yes, you are riding and looking, "Oh, you are driver?"
"O my Shaykh, yeah, I am that one."
"Very good."
"Your Holiness, where you are asking to go?"
"I am thinking, I just loss my balance when I am looking at a lady like you, so beautiful that I lost my mind!"
Yes, you are `ulamas! Why you are not giving a fatwa, "Don't leave beautiful ladies to be drivers, that is fitna. Don't look!" That is a holy order. Do you know ayat ul-kareemah:
قُل لِّلْمُؤْمِنِينَ يَغُضُّوا مِنْ أَبْصَارِهِمْ وَيَحْفَظُوا فُرُوجَهُمْ ذَلِكَ أَزْكَى لَهُمْ إِنَّ اللَّهَ خَبِيرٌ بِمَا يَصْنَعُونَ
Qul li 'l-mu'mineena yaghuddoo min absaarihim wa yahfazhoo furoojahum dhaalika azkaa lahum inna Allaha khabeerun bima yasna`oon
Say to the believing men that they should lower their gaze and guard their modesty: that will make for greater purity for them: And Allah is well acquainted with all that they do. (24:30)
Allah Almighty is ordering the Seal of Prophets (s), "Tell people to keep their eyes from looking at forbidden aspects." Why you are not saying this on mimbars? Everytime you are saying kullu bida`tin dalaalata wa kullu dalaalatin fi 'n-naar is m`utad, but what about from Allah Almighty's order, qul li 'l-mu'mineena yaghuddoo min absaarihim (Say to the believing men that they should lower their gaze and guard their modesty). I am not Arab, but understanding something. But you are saying, "We are Salafi `ulamas." I am saying something, I am knowing nothing, but what is coming to me I must say!
Once upon a time, there was a qadi looking for every case. One day a woman in a jilbab with nothing showing, (her face covered by a veil), was coming to the court and the qadi was sitting, saying, "For what you are coming, O mu'minah?"
And she said, "O qadi, O respected judge, I am coming to you to make my complaint in front of Shari`atullah."
"Say," qadi is sitting.
And she said, "O respected one, you are mediating between two persons according to Shari`atullah, and your ruling is true.
"Say."
"O respected qadi, I am coming to complain to you that my husband is asking to marry on me."
Qadi saying, "O mu'minah, it is permitted in Islam."
What was her answer to qadi, O Salafi `ulamas? You must listen, you must give an answer, if it is true or not! You are claiming, "We are followers of Salaf us-Salih who passed away; from good `ulamas." Just look at one of those persons!
She was saying, "O qadi muhtaram, respected judge, you are true. Allah Almighty is giving His permission to marry a second, third and fourth. But if Shari`atullah gave me permission to open my face, you would not give this judgment. If you are looking at my beauty, you would blame my husband that, 'You have been granted from Allah Almighty such a beautiful one like a moon, and you are asking to marry another one, with such a beauty. Blame to you! Keep such a beauty with you and be thankful to Allah Almighty!'"
Now what does that mean? That means that real Shari`ah never gives a lady permission to show anything from her body! True or not? L`anatullahi `ala 'l-kadhibeen (Allah's curse on the liars). Say! If you are knowing Shari`ah, we also know Shari`ah and Muhammad (s) is Rasool (Mawlana Shaykh stands.), li 'l-Arab wa 'l-ajam, "for Arabs and foreigners." He is not only for you Arabs. (Mawlana Shaykh sits.) Astaghfirullah, astaghfirullah, astaghfirullah. We are saying something that is not prepared, it is something that is reality about Shari`atullah. Don't play with Shari`atullah, don't give rukhsah, permission beyond Allah Almighty's Shari`ah!
Sometimes they are making me a very weak one and sometimes I am going to be a very hard one, because they are making me speak to those who are claiming they are high, top `ulamas. No! You are saying this to people? `ard al-muqaddas al-mamlakat (holy land, the kingdom). How your people are going around; they are even asking permission to drive cars! What is that? What Allah Almighty is saying? Ar-rijaalu qawaamoon `ala an-nisa (men and protectors and caretakers of women). Asal alsinatakum `arab, tafhamu awa maa tafhamu (Your tongue is Arabic, do you understand or not?) Wayn dhaak al-qawaamoon (Where are those men who are supposed to portect and care for their ladies). Over their ladies, say! You are going to be like a cat, sinoor (feline). When your wife is shouting at you, what are you saying in Hijaz, you are going like the sinoor, cat, b'iss!
Once upon a time, a Bedouin was coming from a desert. He found an animal and it was following him and he was saying, "Ohhh, this animal is so beautiful, I shall keep it," and taking and putting under his jubbah, abaya. As he was going, he met one person who was looking, saying, "Ohhh, so beautiful beast, that person giving name and this person giving another name for this creature, until reaching his destination. Perhaps ten people were speaking and saying different names for that kunshah. The Bedouin saying to himself, kathrat al-asmaa' tudill `ala sharafee musamma, "Too many names for someone, that is giving a sign it is famous or more honored, too valuable, must be. Ish ish, I am so happy, I am winning today!"
And going to souq, and putting that cat, running, going around, everyone coming, looking, "Ohh! So beautiful sinoor, so beautiful cat."
"Do you like to buy it?"
"No, we have this also."
At the end of the day no one remained at the souq and he was so angry with that cat, saying, "Go away! So many names for you and no value for you!” and the cat runs away.
What we are saying about the cat? Ar-rijaalu qawaamoon `ala an-nisa. You must learn your lesson, "don't be cheated!" You are now whole 'ummah, nation of the Seal of Prophets, Sayyidina Muhammad (s). (Mawlana Shaykh stands and sits.) Give your respect and don't worry. Rijaal? Now in our times, ladies are coming and saying, "Mrrr, mrrr, mrrr."
Even mulook are making them happy, saying, "O my beloved one! O my darling, as you like."
"It doesn't matter, tomorrow, my master, now you can't find that, but you may find it later."
"O my darling, kiss kiss."
"Why not bringing tonight?” Their wives are saying, “Why you are not bringing some cosmetics?"
Marhaban, Salafi `ulamas! I am ninety years old, so don't blame me because, rufi`at al-qalam minnee, "the Pen has been lifted from me." Allah is saying, uttaqqau 'r-Rahman, asbaahna. May Allah forgive us.
O People! How is the situation for Muslim ladies now? Do you have such courage to come up on the minbar to say, "O People! Allah Almighty is ordering that you must keep your eyes from looking at haraam, mu'min and mu'minah." Why you are not saying this? Allah Almighty is ordering fa-dhakkir, fa-dhakkir, fa-dhakkir; they may forget and you are mudhakkir, the reminder. Tonight we are doing for you such a thing.
On one side you may laugh, and from another side Salafi `ulamas are going to be angry. Anger is no good for Salafi `ulamas; anger eats imaan! You don't know what Rasoolullah (s) is saying? One person coming and asking, "Yaa Rasoolullah, ansah lee." Qaala, laa taghdab; ("O Prophet of Allah, advise me!" The Prophet said, "Don't be angry!" and repeated it 3 times) another one, laa taghdab; another one, laa taghdab. Why you are getting angry? Don't be angry with me! Be angry with Shaytan! I am not speaking on behalf of Shaytan, I am speaking on behalf of the Seal of Prophets (s)!!
May Allah forgive us and give us power to keep Islam, which is coming so people can run away from troubles and sufferings into Islam! Islam (brought) everything beneficial for people, for here and Hereafter. As long as they are running away, they are falling in hells. May Allah forgive us here and Hereafter! As-salaamu `alaykum.
Fatihah.

Keep your wife's qadr, qeemat, honor. Nisaaukum ghaali (your women are valuable). They have tajalli jamaali (the manifestation of Divine beauty). Look in everyone and you can find that tajjali. Don't be like wood, like a wall, no. Be gentle for your ladies, always.
(Mawlana Shaykh imitates a couples' conversation.)
"O my darling, O my darling."
Saying to her husband, one 90 years, second one 85, they were going to show for fashion and both of them looking and saying, "O these clothes, O my darling, that one's clothes should be so suitable for me and it may remind me of when I was 15 years old! Please we may buy it?"
And her husband 90 years or more said, "O my darling, which one?" 'Till showing which one, passing ten, "Which one?"
"O we just passed it, but I think that the second one is okay for me."
"Yes sir, I may buy for you. But I think that only your clothes are going to be beautiful, you lost your beauty at the beauty center!"
Fatihah.
Bismillahi 'r-Rahmani 'r-Raheem.
(Mawlana Shaykh happily speaks with Shaykh Hisham Effendi on the phone.)
