A`oodhu billahi min ash-Shaytani ‘r-rajeem. Bismillahi 'r-Rahmani 'r-Raheem. As the Awliyaullah mentioned, that even a group of three people making dhikrullah it will clean 70,000 majlis soow, gatherings of evil, and so that is cleaning for us. And the khatm that for generations and generations, for 1436 years from Hijrat an-Nabi (s) from Mecca to Madinah it was done non-stop following their orders man tashabaha bi qawmin fa huwa minhum, “Whoever imitates a group of people will be with them and of them,” and we are doing by order of Allah (swt), Who said to Prophet (s) in a Hadith Qudsi:
أَنَا جَلِيْسُ مَنْ ذَكَرَنِي
I sit with him who remembers Me. (Hadith Qudsi. Ahmad, Bayhaqi)
“I am sitting with the one who remembers Me,” not sitting like we think as we don't believe in tajseem but being with us. His divine presence, then we do dhikrullah and we finish by Maghrib and then we recite three Yaseen. Grandshaykh (q), on his bed of death, he was in our home in Beirut and it was 15th Sha`baan 1973, he said, “I don't want to stay one moment in Beirut after 15th Sha`baan, you take me back to Damascus.” In any case that needs a suhbat by itself, but he said, “In order to make your house heavenly sweet, don't go to the market, find whatever you find of fruits, in season and out of season.” At that time it was not like here it is difficult to find things. But we got and it was as big as this hall, people were bringing fruits. He said, “We will recite Laylat al-Bara`ah and too many incidents are going to happen and you will be safe, and inshaa-Allah some of you will be in time of Mahdi (a). After finishing the awraad, eat fruit and your life will be sweet, inshaa-Allah.”
I was telling Ishaq before boarding the plane today that, from Mawlana Shaykh’s word came to us to do the same as Grandshaykh did, because the world is boiling and in order for life to be sweet and safe, to bring fruit and eat it after the khatm, and some people brought juice! That is okay, even water is okay, that is barakah for us, that is enough for us.
That is beginning of heavenly year, 15th Sha`baan. Inshaa-Allah may Allah bless us with the manifestation of that night of half Sha`baan, where Allah will inform the angels of what will happen in the coming year. Allah descends to the First Paradise and anyone observing that, in different time zones, whether it is night or it is morning, then Allah will inform His angels that we are sitting praising him and according the rewards will be so much and the events and happenings that are going to happen will be informed. I don't want to go into what has been informed to angels because still it is early, but we say may Allah give us a sweet life and a life that has no fights!
If you are angry, leave the house and come back after a while when it becomes peaceful. Don't argue, argument is from Shaytan while submission is from Rahman, so you choose. We ask Allah (swt) to bless us with submission to Him and to surrender to His orders, to surrender to His decisions, and to show love to Sayyidina Muhammad (s).
Wa min Allahi ‘t-tawfeeq bi hurmati 'l-habeeb bi hurmati ‘l-Fatihah.
