A`oodhu billahi min ash-Shaytani 'r-rajeem. Bismillahi 'r-Rahmani 'r-Raheem.
He (Habeel/Abel), was obedient to his Lord, but the second one (Qabeel/Cain), was disobedient towards his Creator and followed Shaytan. In Damascus there is a holy place where Qabeel killed his brother, Habeel (Arba`een on Mt. Qasiyoun), where the stains of running blood from when he killed his brother remain there and are so clear. SubhaanAllah, that place is `ajaa’ib, very strange! The blood stains have not been removed by wind or sun rays since thousands of years!
And another curious thing in the same place is a cave located at the highest point of that hill. If you enter it, you will see that from two points water is dripping like (tears of) a person who is crying. That mountain is crying that Habeel was killed! Even if you dig a well one thousand feet deep in that mountain, you will find no water, but those tear drops are there!
From that time on, there are good people and bad people: good ones follow their Lord’s commands, and bad ones follow Shaytan’s tricks and traps.
(Ask the shaykh about religions that have no concepts of the Afterlife, like in Hinduism.)
When you go to the Other Life, you will see!
Fatihah.
