Suhbah at Manor House (2)
Allah (swt) loves the one that mentioned these two words:
كلمتان خفيفتان على اللسان ثقيلتان فى الميزان حبيبتان إلى الرحمن سبحان الله و بحمده سبحان الله العظيم
Kalimataan khafeefataan `alaa ’l-lisaan thaqeelataan fi ’l-meezaan habeebataan li ’r-rahmaan: SubhaanAllah wa bihamdihi subhaanAllahi ’l-`Azheem.
There are two words that are very easy to say, yet very heavy on the Scale, most beloved to The Merciful, “SubhaanAllah wa bihamdihi subhaanAllahi ’l-`Azheem.” (Bukhari and Muslim)
Prophet (s) said these two words, Allah loves them. Allah (swt) loves the ones who mention these, him or her, and they are very light on the tongue but they are very heavy on the Scale on the Day of Judgement. SubhaanAllah wa bihamdihi subhaanAllahi ’l-`Azheem, “Glory be to Allah! He is the One who can praise Himself to Himself.” Our praise is like a child praising his father or mother, a very small praising according to his knowledge, but when Allah praises Himself by Himself, no one can understand what kind of praises are His; no one can praise Him as He praises Himself by Himself! Only the Prophet (s) and angels know from Allah (swt) how to praise Him, but we human beings are only ordered to say, “SubhaanAllah wa bihamdihi subhaanAllahi ’l-`Azheem, “Praise be to Allah and praise be to the Greatest.”
As when a child goes to school and you ask him, “What is your name?” “Ahmad.” For us it is two words: SubhaanAllah wa bihamdihi subhaanAllahi ’l-`Azheem. Say it! SubhaanAllah wa bihamdihi subhaanAllahi ’l-`Azheem. Glory be to the Greatest! That is what is to be said, what is needed from us. Allah will reward you not only normal rewards, but Allah will dress you from the Ocean of Praises, from the love to Allah (swt) and love to Sayyidina Muhammad (s) and praise of awliyaullah in the Right Way. Allah will dress you from Heaven although you are only saying it on your tongue, but you will be receiving from Heavens! That is why it is very important to say, “SubhaanAllah wa bihamdihi subhaanAllahi ’l-`Azheem,” and you can add on to it ‘astaghfirullah’ at the end.May Allah forgive us.
I am not going to give suhbat, I already did, but I want to say, subhaanAllah! What is subhaanAllah? “Allah the Exalted, Magnified, Glory be to Him”, but there is a hidden meaning that comes when you say ‘SubhaanAllah’ that you did not expect. When something you don’t expect happens, you say, ‘SubhaanAllah,’ and when it is something good you say, ‘SubhaanAllah’ and if it is something bad you still say, “SubhaanAllah, how it happened? How can they dare, these people, to do what happened! So you say what? SubhaanAllah?” like an exclamation mark, surprised at how can it be.
The Long List of Treacheries of Unbelief Committed against Prophet and the Sahaabah
Sayyidina Imam Husayn
How can it be, how dare they kill Sayyidina al-Husayn (r)? Say SubhaanAllah! [SubhaanAllah!] The grandson of the Prophet (s), the son of the son-in-law of the Prophet (s)! You say, “SubhaanAllah, how this army of only 70 people and Yazeed sent 10,000 soldiers to capture him!” He was only with 70 people, he didn’t need to be captured. They killed him and cut him in pieces! So it is a sad moment in Muslim history. They did not kill him nicely. He knew they wanted to kill him. He was grandson of the Prophet (s), he knew everything, he knew he was going for his destiny from Madinah to Karbala. He knew when people told him, “Don’t trust them, don’t go, it is a trap,” and he said, “No, I promised the people of Baghdad that I am coming, so I am going to Iraq,” because he knew his destiny is to be shaheed. And they did not only kill him, but they cut him into pieces.
Sayyidina `Ali Reza
And not only him but all his family, the younger, infant son of al-Husayn, `Ali Asghar, and they left the brother of `Ali Asghar, Zayn al-`Abideen. That is an example that they did not care for Sayyidina al-Husayn (r); are they then going to care for someone else? Leave that story on the side.
Prophet Muhammad
The Prophet (s) went to Taif; he ran away from unbelievers and arrived in Taif, where they sent the unbeliever’s children, they didn't even send adults, to humiliate the Prophet (s), throwing stones on him until his legs and feet were wounded and blood was coming out. This is Sayyid al-Bashar, the Master of Humanity, the one whom Allah (swt) created as Rahmatan li ‘l-`Alameen, the Mercy to All Humanity.What did he say?
Allahumma ahdee qawmee fa innahum laa ya`lamoon.
O Allah! Guide my people for they don't know me.
“O Allah! Guide my people because they don’t know me; they don’t know what is the meaning of `Uloom al-Awwaleen wa ‘l-Akhireen that I am carrying. They don’t see that; they don’t see the Noor from which Allah created me and they are in darkness, truth is veiled from their eyes.”
Sayyidina Bilal
What happened with Sayyidina Bilal? They piled huge rocks on his body to make him proclaim kufr, to reject Allah (swt) and His Prophet (s)! But no way! He said, “If you want to kill me then do it, I am ready.” They weighted heavy stones on his stomach, but he did not change. What is Truth is Truth!
وَقُلْ جَاء الْحَقُّ وَزَهَقَ الْبَاطِلُ إِنَّ الْبَاطِلَ كَانَ زَهُوقًا
Wa qul: ja'a al-haqq wa zahaq al-baatil inna 'l-baatila kaana zahooqa.
Say (O Muhammad), "Haqq (Truth) has come and baatil (falsehood) has perished.” (Surat al-'Israa, 17:81)
Sayyidina `Umar
What did they do to Sayyidina `Umar (r)? They killed him in his house!
Sayyidina `Uthman
What did they do to Sayyidina `Uthman (r), the third khalifah? They killed him in his house when he was reading Holy Qur'an! And it was a privilege for me when they opened the glass case and I was able to kiss the blood on that page of that Holy Qur'an, which is preserved in Tashkent.
Sayyidina `Ali
What happened to Sayyidina `Ali (r)? They killed him in the mosque!
Sayyidina al-Hasan
And Sayyidina al-Hasan (r), what happened to him? They killed him.
Sayyidina al-Husayn
What happened to Sayyidina al-Husayn? They also killed him!
SubhaanAllah, how this happened? You cannot imagine it, because as a Muslim you are not allowed to kill even an ant if it is not harming you. If it harms, that is something else. So what happened to the people's minds? How many Sahaabah (r) were killed for no reason except they are Companions of the Prophet (s), because they are carrying the Truth? Whoever is carrying the Truth, Shaytan will push some people to kill them, but those whom Shaytan is with are safe, because he is with them and no one is going to touch them!
The People of Haqq Need Courageous Leaders
The people who are on Haqq need lions, someone like Sayyidina `Umar (r) and Sayyidina `Ali (r) to stop them [people with Shaytan]. What did Sayyidina `Umar (r) say?
He asked the Prophet (s), “Yaa Rasoolullah! Are we on Haqq or on baatil?”
The Prophet (s) said, “We are on Truth.”
Sayyidina `Umar (r) said, “Then why are we hiding? We will stand up and call adhaan from the roof!”
And he went up on the roof of the house and called the adhaan.[1] They sent children to throw stones at him and Sayyidina `Umar (r) was looking at them and said of those children, “I will come and cut the necks of their parents!”
What happened? They were afraid of Sayyidina `Umar, so they ran away! If you don’t come with force to such people, because Shaytan is with them, they come against you. It’s a business for them, Shaytan is employing them.
Shaytan said, “I will misquide them all, yaa Rabbee! Give me the power.”
Allah said, “Okay those who go with you, let them go with you and the rest I will take to Paradise.”
What do we have to say? “SubhaanAllah wa bihamdihi subhaanAllahi ’l-`Azheem,” and we are guided! With this we save ourselves, but the evil-doers are still there trying to get power over us.
What happened to Sayyidina Bayazid al-Bistami (q)? They beat him with stones until he fainted and they thought he died and they left him. What happened to Shaykh al-Akbar, Sayyidina Muhiyyidin ibn `Arabi (q)? They hanged him and buried him. What happened to so many other saints? They imprisoned them or killed them. What happened to Sayyidina Ahmad al-Faruqi as-Sirhindi (q), the one who spread Tariqat throughout the Indian subcontinent, Bangladesh, Pakistan and India? They threw him in prison! What do we have to say? “SubhaanAllah wa bihamdihi subhaanAllahi ’l-`Azheem,” and all these awliyaullah say, “O Allah! Guide them for they don’t know the truth, they don’t know the love of Prophet (s) when he was with them.” They even wounded Prophet’s legs! But we say, Allahuma ahdeehim, “O Allah! Guide them because they don’t know where is the truth.”
Only the Blind Fail to See Truth
The truth is obvious, like the Sun and Moon, can they not see it? Then (Allah said):
وَمَن كَانَ فِي هَـذِهِ أَعْمَى فَهُوَ فِي الآخِرَةِ أَعْمَى وَأَضَلُّ سَبِيلاً
Wa man kaana fee hadhihi `aamaa fa huwa fi ’l-akhirati `amaa wa adallu sabeela.
But those who were blind in this world, will be blind in the Hereafter, and most stray from the Path. (Surat al-Isra, 17:72)
They don’t want to accept the truth because they became ahzaab, parties, clans! Like today they have social media ‘friends’ whom they use to spread misguidance and to discredit the truth. They don't want the truth to appear, although they know there is a truth there. They put all their efforts, they team together to discredit one person, one person from among all of you. What that person has done to all of us? He was in Mawlana Shaykh Nazim's service 60 years and not anyone reached that time of service to the shaykh, 60 years! They are teaming together to bring down one person and for that, using all social media that can reach thousands and thousands. But Allah (swt) is supporting that one, so whatever they are going to try their efforts are not going to produce any fruits, because:
قُلْ جَاء الْحَقُّ وَزَهَقَ الْبَاطِلُ إِنَّ الْبَاطِلَ كَانَ زَهُوقًا
Say (O Muhammad), "Haqq (Truth) has come and baatil (falsehood) has perished.” (Surat al-'Israa, 17:81)
The truth came and they were blind, covering their eyes, thinking no one knows where the Haqq is and baatil will perish, will go inshaa-Allah. But why? I am surprised, for what is this whole fitna, for what? [For dunya.] No, dunya is easy, it is the chair. Let them take it; sell everyone a gift of a chair, it is better!
Our Message to You
In every Tariqah there is this problem, because Shaytan is after it. Also leave awliyaullah aside, leave Tariqah people aside, but take the example of Shari`ah people. Shaytan is also after those scholars to separate them, to make each one speak bad about the other. Even in the Four Madhaahib, the students of Imam Abu Hanifa refuted the students of Imam Malik and vice versa, even the students of Iman ash-Shafi`i and Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal disagreed with each other and there was a war between them! The students of one madhhab did not accept the students of the other, because Shaytan was behind them. So what message do we want to send them?
If you !
You do what you want and with the love of Allah (swt) and His Prophet (s), we do what we find feasible You team with whomever you like and whatever shaykh you like, that does not concern us. What concerns us is that they, the Ummah, accepts what we say and Allah (swt) is giving a choice: choose whom you like, but one day you are going to be asked what you have done for Tariqah and Islam, and what we have done for Tariqah and Islam.
Sayyidina Muhammad (s) defended me, as I said yesterday. We only say, Allahumma ahdee qawmee fa innahum laa ya`lamoon, “O Allah! Guide them, for they don't know.” So if you team altogether, you are not going to move one inch or one centimeter because you are not on Haqq! Allah knows what kind of messages you are sending on social media: every defaming word you are spreading on social media is going to come on Judgment Day to testify against you! Yesterday you sent pages and pages. How many days did it take to compile all these pages? Wouldn’t it be better to sit in a corner and read Holy Qur'an? At least you took two days to put all this together. Is it not better to read Holy Qur'an in a corner of your house? Is it not better to read Dala`il al-Khayrat? Is it not better to do dhikrullah and the awraad?
What is happening to you, O Muslims? Did you lose your mind? You are going to be responsible for your time and you will be asked. You are spending your time spreading fitna. We are happy you are spreading fitna against us, because you are taking our sins. We need that! All our sins will be loaded on you and we will take your hasanaat, if you have any. We love you, so come back to your mind as we don't want to separate, we are one, but if you want to do that you are free. Some Tariqahs I know, they go into not only five or ten branches, but hundreds of branches!
Prophet Muhammad Appointed Us
We have been given that from the Prophet (s), and those are not my words, those are Mawlana Shaykh Muhammad Nazim Adil’s words, and the words of Grandshaykh `AbdAllah al-Fa'iz ad-Daghestani (q), that me and my brother Shaykh Adnan have been appointed by Grandshaykh with Mawlana Shaykh Nazim, by order of the Prophet (s)! Regardless of whatever you want to do, we still have that support from the Prophet (s), so you should be careful of what you say as we cannot guarantee your ending will be good. Don't come against awliyaullah!
Yesterday, Mawlana Shaykh Muhammad Nazim Adil, may Allah bless his soul, introduced all the people to Sayyidina `Ali (r), to Shah-i-Mardaan! When he mentioned Shah-i-Mardaan for two years, he said it like, ‘Shaaaah-iiiiii-Mardaaaan’, like a lion roaring, like ocean waves crashing on a beach!
Shah-i-Mardaan is coming soon, to raise the flag of Sayyidina Muhammad (s) calling people to happiness and harmony, peace and love. That is why we have been ordered to give baya` today to Shah-i-Mardaan, because he and no one else is carrying the secret of baya`, because he is going to hand that secret to Sayyidina al-Mahdi (a)! So whatever you are going to say, Haqq is going to come, if not today, tomorrow, if not tomorrow then after tomorrow.
We say Sayyidina Musa (a) was hurt by Fir`awn for so many years and he asked Allah (swt), “O Allah! Destroy him! When are you going to destroy him? He is giving all bad information and injustice on me and he is humiliating me and Bani Israel, and doing his best to kill us. When will you get rid of him yaa Rabbee? ” And Allah answered him, “Yaa Moosa, alaysa as-subhi bi qareeb, is not the daybreak near, only ten hours?”
So it took 40 years, but Fir`awn was unable to run away, he was destroyed after 40 years. You are not going to run away! There is a day coming and you will be responsible for all those who are putting the fire under the fitna, teaming together, and for what reason, for a position, or to be near someone you love? You don’t need to humiliate the others. Take whatever you want from him. Let him give you jewelry of dunya and Akhirah. It doesn’t matter to us because we took it already through our sixty years of khidma to Grandshaykh `AbdAllah al-Fa'iz ad-Daghestani (q) and Mawlana Shaykh Muhammad Nazim Adil! We took it already and now it is adding on top of it with the baya` with Shah-i-Mardaan!
So the secret is coming now of why Mawlana Shaykh Nazim (q) was calling on Shah-i-Mardaan. So do you know now where you stand, do you know the difference? We know the secret of Shah-i-Mardaan, you don't know it; we know, but you didn’t know why Mawlana Shaykh was calling ‘Shah-i-Mardaan’ for two years. Did you ask that? Mawlana Shaykh Nazim’s eldest daughter was always asking me, “Why is Mawlana calling on Shah-i-Mardaan and telling him, ‘Come, come!’” I said, “That knowledge, leave it as now is not the time.”
Yesterday was the time to reveal it! May Allah (swt) keep us under Grandshaykh `AbdAllah al-Fa'iz ad-Daghestani (q) and under Mawlana Shaykh Muhammad Nazim Adil (q) and under Shah-i-Mardaan (r) and Sayyidina al-Mahdi (a)! May Allah forgive us and bless us.
