As-salaamu `alaykum wa rahmatullaahi wa barakaatuh.

Yesterday we were speaking about itaa`a, obedience:

أَطِيعُواْ اللّهَ وَأَطِيعُواْ الرَّسُولَ وَأُوْلِي الأَمْرِ مِنكُمْ

Obey Allah, obey the Prophet, and obey those in authority among you. (Surat an-Nisa, 4:59)

Who carry that itaa`a to Heavens? Every prayer needs someone to carry it all the way up, because it has to be joined by an angel. So angels are appointed on `ibaadullah to carry it, and in the way going from Allah (swt) to Paradise it has to follow a procedure, which is Kun fayakoon. When Allah orders an angel to pick up `ibaadah, it is Kun fayakoon.

What will be our `ibaadah? Who will carry it? Is there a carrier there? Here you find a lot of carriers. Who will carry it to reach that level? From point one to infinity, there are angels carrying this itaa’a to Allah (swt). We are unable to see that, but there are some to whom Allah gave the control over all Heavens and all samaawaat. That is not from me or any other `alim, it is from Holy Qur’an and Hadith.

أَلَمْ تَرَوْا أَنَّ اللَّهَ سَخَّرَ لَكُم مَّا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الْأَرْضِ

Do you not see that Allah has made subject to you whatever is in the Heavens and whatever is in the Earth? (Surat Luqmaan, 31:20)

Allah (swt) made everything from Earth to Heavens under your order, all the way, wa sakhkhara lakum, he put under your command whatever is in Earth, all of it, nothing will be left. Allah will give the keys of Heavens to those who make istighfaar and those who love to meet Allah (swt) and His Prophet (s). So from day one, if we can say that, the `ibaadah will be carried by angels because they're under the order of Allah to carry our `ibaadah. So does the angel lose it on the way going from Earth to Heavens? He is not going to lose it, but as it is going up to Allah knows where, angels are doing itaa`a on both sides on your behalf.

So it is not just that you do itaa`a on Earth and then they leave you behind, no! Angels will accompany you as much as you want. As much as you obey Allah, this itaa`a comes on you and dresses you from Baab al-Itaa`a. Every Paradise has a door and Itaa’a has a door, as well.

We have to be able to release our itaa’a to that angel who is going to carry it and bring it to Allah's Presence. Because it is obedience and worship, it will be carried by two angels, one on each side, although there are no sides in Heaven, as Heaven has all sides but they cannot be known. Only Awliyaullah can explain this; normal human beings cannot explain it because it relates to Heavens.

So we have to know their itaa`a is going to ask forgiveness on our behalf. According to how much they are given permission to make itaa`a from every side of this universe, these two angels will proceed as soon as the order comes to do itaa`a, which means to say “astaghfirullah,” they are already present to carry you and your itaa`a. We don’t know how the angelic movement works, it cannot be understood except through Awliyaullah, but what we know is that as our itaa`a is taken to Heavens, it will pass many different obedience on the way.

It can be a circle with a point of gravity in the center, and there can be many circles within one circle or many circles in the same circle. If you put your pen in the second circle, Allah orders angels to open it and then there come many more circles and this stuns `ulama, they don't know what to say.

As that circle moves, it creates a very strong power to make that first circle accepted, that engine that is turning non-stop by angels with the permission of Allah (swt), and all their `ibaadah is there for you.

It is very difficult to stop an engine. You cannot stop an airplane engine with a pencil as it will break, and it needs huge energy to turn it. Similarly, the power that angels are using to carry that `ibaadah up cannot be counted in circles, it can only be counted by heavenly circles which are millions and billions of movements, because when you say “Allah” that sound that came from your mouth will go all the way to the Day of Judgement, and physics teaches us that when the sound “Allah” comes, it also creates a smaller sound circle until it covers all circles by reaching Heavens.

May Allah show us the way, because you will see ajaa’ib, miracles. Because every circle has its own way, like airplanes have different companies, also everyone has their own way to Heavens in their own name, which no one can erase. For that person who says “astaghfirullah” once in his life, Allah will forgive all his sins! May Allah forgive our sins, and may Prophet (s) give us the power; Allah gives it to Sayyidina Muhammad (s) to clear us from all our sins and mistakes. This is enough; to go into this subject will never end.

Bi hurmati 'l-habeeb, bi hurmati 'l-Fatihah.
