Ziyarat of the Holy Graves of Nine Prophets of India

Mawlana Shaykh Hisham Kabbani

5 January 2014 Sirhind, India

A`oodhu billahi min ash-Shaytani ‘r-rajeem. Bismillahi 'r-Rahmani 'r-Raheem.

As-salaamu `alaykum wa rahmatullaahi wa barakaatuh.

I have heard that this is the place of the people that were before Qawm `Aad, the Nation of `Aad, and these Prophets settled here. Subhaan-Allah. There are prophets here, because Allah said in the Holy Qur'an:

وَلَقَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا رُسُلًا مِّن قَبْلِكَ مِنْهُم مَّن قَصَصْنَا عَلَيْكَ وَمِنْهُم مَّن لَّمْ نَقْصُصْ عَلَيْكَ

Wa laqad arsalnaa rusulan min qablika minhum man qasasnaa `alayka wa minhum man lam naqsus `alayka.

And, indeed, (O Muhammad,) We sent forth Prophets before your time; some of them We have mentioned to you and some of them We have not mentioned to you. (Surat al-Ghaafir, 40:78)

“There are prophets We told you about and prophets We didn't tell you about, yaa Muhammad.” So these might be from the prophets that we do not know. This is the resting place of these anbiya.

This is like the maqaam of Sayyidina Yush`a (a) in Lebanon. In Turkey, the maqaams are on top of mountains and in caves in Lebanon. The graveyards are very long, about 7-10 meters, because they were tall at that time. You could see the entire area, but now they have built some walls and as you can see, by looking at their graves that they were very tall.

There are Nine Prophets here. As-salaamu `alaykum to everyone around the world from the Naqshbandi Order. This a very incredible situation! This is the place of the Nine Prophets from before Qawm `Aad, that Sayyidina Ahmad al-Faruqi as-Sirhindi (q) exposed for us in a vision, mushahadah, but didn't mention their names. You can count them all, they are nine. Their graves are very long because these anbiyaa were very tall, as was Sayyidina Yush`a (a). Mashaa-Allah! As-salaatu wa ‘s-salaam `alaykum, yaa anbiyaullah!

The number nine is a very well-known number in numerology. It means “complete submission” and to be zero, as nothing can stand in front of Allah (swt), our Creator. May Allah bless us with these nine.

Alfa, alfa salaatu wa 's-salaam `alayka yaa Sayyidee, yaa Rasoolullah! Alfa, alfa salaatu wa 's-salaam `alaykum yaa anbiyaullah… Through you the risalah came, through you the power came, through you the message came! Allah (swt) chose you and perfected all of you under the guidance of Sayyidina Muhammad (s)! He guided all anbiya as He is the Guide for all of them! May Allah bless us with all of them on the Day of Judgment. May Allah bless us with Sayyidina Muhammad (s), who said:

ادم فمن سواه إلا تحت لوائي يوم القيامة ولا فخر

Adam faman siwaahu illah tahta liwaa'ee Yawma 'l-Qiyaamah wa laa fakhr.

Therefore, Prophet (s) said, “Adam and whoever is other than him will be under my flag on the Day of Judgment, without vanity.” (Ahmad, Musnad)

Prophet (s) said, “I will make shafa`ah for them on the Day of Judgment.” Ash-hadu allaa ilaaha illa-Llah wa ash-hadu anna Muhammadan `abduhu wa habeebuhu wa rasooluh. Fatihah.

There are 313 great prophets that we don't know, but Prophet (s) mentioned their names and these Nine Prophets that Sayyidina Ahmad al-Faruqi (q) mentioned might be from those 313. On the Day of Judgment, Sayyidina Ahmad al-Faruqi (q) will intercede for many, many people.

Imam at-Tariqah, Sayyidina Shah Naqshband's (q) eyes in dunya used to turn like a grinding mill; the iris of his eye used to turn, because he was hiding his power. On the Day of Judgment, he is going to send a noor from the right eye that will go in a circular route and come all the way back to his left eye. Grandshaykh `AbdAllah, may Allah bless his soul, said that Shah Naqshband will fill four Paradises with his noor! Anyone inside of that light will go with the shafa`ah of Sayyidina Shah Naqshband (q) and he will present them to Prophet (s)! He will say to the other awliya, "O awliyaullah! I filled four Paradises and your responsibility now is to just fill the remaining three!" We pray to Allah to inshaa-Allah make us from the noor that is here.

Wa min Allahi 't-tawfeeq, bi hurmati 'l-habeeb, bi hurmati 'l-Fatihah.

(Shahadah.) I think this is the first Shahadah taken here at the maqaam of the Nine Prophets. May Allah reward you and bless you, and inshaa-Allah accept your Shahadah from you. Mabrook! I have known your cousin for a long time. He is very pious, with a very pure heart, and you are like him.
