A`oodhu billahi min ash-Shaytani ‘r-rajeem. Bismillahi 'r-Rahmani 'r-Raheem. Alhamdulillahi Rabbi 'l-'Alameen, wa ’s-salaatu wa ’s-salaamu 'alaa ashrafi 'l-mursaleena Sayyidina wa Nabiyyina Muhammadin wa 'alaa aalihi wa sahbihi ajma`een.
Alhamdulillah we are saved together by the protection of Awliyaullah, we are saved by the mercy that Allah has bestowed on the Prophet (s) and He has blessed us as mu'min and Muslim and as human beings with the blessings that everyone deserves, but we ask that Allah give us more and more because He has treasures!
Kalimataan khafeefataan `ala ‘l-lisaan thaqeelataan fi ‘l-meezan subhanallah wa bihamidhi subhanallah al-`azheem istaghfirullah. Those two words Allah swt gave to the Prophet (s) for anyone who says them with iman that laa ilaaha illa-Llaah wahdahu laa shareek lahu wa anna Muhammadan rasoolullah and that anyone says these words will enter Paradise. Look how light they are on the tongue but how heavy on the Scale, they are pure with no contaminations on them, they save you in this life and in Akhirah!
SubhaanAllah wa bi-hamdihi, Greatness is for Him, and bi-hamdihi, with His praises, to bring us from a dormant species into a living species! We were in the Ocean of Knowledge, fee `ilmillah, in the Ocean of knowledge that Allah keeps to Himself and does not give to anyone. He brought His Prophet (s) to show him some, dressing him with some. That is why he reached Qaaba Qawsayni aw Adnaa, that Ocean of Knowledge: we were there, we were in Allah's Knowledge, He kept us there and He was dressing all of us with His Endless Beauty and Bounty!
Look at how sometimes you try to make children stay quiet. Although it is not befitting to Allah (swt), we will give an example here. When you go to a place where you buy olive oil and find virgin oil, extra virgin oil, then organic oil. Which one do you choose? Even if it is virgin, still you pick organic as our eyes are always on organic, especially these days. If you say to someone, "Take these fruits," they say, "Are they organic?" They go to Whole Foods markets to buy organic. Why? There is no contamination, so we choose organic as it is clean and not contaminated. Allah does not like contamination. He gave you an extra, extra, extra virgin organic olive oil, very clean and very pure: Islam! Why are we adding things to it? You don't add to olive oil.
You say, "Organic, I want!"
The seller says, "That oil is okay also, it is cheaper."
"No, I will buy the organic."
There are restaurants selling organic food and everyone runs there. Why? Because it is pure, Allah gave us a religion that is pure, so why are we changing it and making additions? Go back to organic Islam, no contamination. People were happy in the old times, they ate from their gardens and lived a long life. Now today the average lifespan is 70 years or less, before they used to live up to 115 years, Grandshaykh `AbdAllah (q) above 100! This is because they were spiritually living on organic blessings coming through two words, one light on the tongue and one heavy on the Scale. Allah gave you two words, enough for the whole world in one shot! Say, “SubhaanAllah wa bi-hamdihi, subhaanAllah al-`azheem, astaghfirullah.” You are under the blessings of this.
Today we contaminate our Islam by making additions, but we are not accepting to eat what is contaminated, we go for organic and pay more. You have to pay more, you have to pay duty to Allah (swt), as He created you from nothing! You were dormant, not dormant, but it is difficult to find a word; you were in the Presence of Allah (swt) on the Day of Promises!
أَلَسْتُ بِرَبِّكُمْ قَالُوا بَلَىٰ
[Allah asked] “Am I not your Lord?” They said, “Yes!” (Surat al-Araaf, 7:172)
You were a form between different souls. You were there, you don’t know it now, but when you came to dunya you were disconnected from that Ocean of Knowledge. Go back, O people, don't contaminate yourself! There is a big contamination on Earth now and Shaytan is happier because he thinks he won. Unfortunately we are giving him a chance by contaminating ourselves with all kinds of bad behavior and bad actions. On the news politicians raise a glass, say “Cheers!” (praising someone) and make a toast. What is that? It has no meaning, it is a childish action. The world is boiling and burning and the leaders of the world are sitting together making a toast and saying ‘Cheers.’ Is that submission to Allah (swt)? Allah is making more and more revenge come on Earth, because they left true Islam that has no contamination and went to contamination; they went to sprinkles that you put on ice cream and people are running after dunya sprinkles. Someone is happy to follow the fashion, everything those who have no mind give you and say, “Wear this, it is the fashion today.” Is there no fashion for your `ibaadah? We have to make a way for people to walk with their complete `ibaadah. They have dunya fashion and we have Akhirah fashion! That is why when you sit for dhikrullah:
أَنَا جَلِيْسُ مَنْ ذَكَرَنِي
I sit with him who remembers Me. (Hadith Qudsi. Ahmad, Bayhaqi)
What do you want better than that? We have one leg forward to dhikr and one leg backwards to dhikr, but they are losing their minds. They come from their private jets carrying their dogs and Muslims want to do the same. Why are they carrying dogs? We understand you have to respect animals, but why must you carry it on the plane? Animals have no mind, but human beings have a mind, they can understand what is right and wrong!
I heard from Grandshaykh `AbdAllah, may Allah bless his soul, that someone asked, “Why did Allah make dinosaurs disappear?” He said, “Allah created them and they betrayed him by whispering in the ears of Qaabeel to kill Habeel, because he was secured, organic, not accepting contamination, pure in his `ibaadah. Because of their evilness, Allah shrunk them, masakhkhahum, as punishment and made them small lizards. There were no longer big ones on Earth.” That’s why you see these small lizards that look like shrunken dinosaurs, and that’s why you don’t see them on Earth anymore. May Allah not shrink us and we must ask Allah not to do so, as He shrunk many human beings since the time of Sayyidina Adam (a)! He has the Power to do so, but when the Prophet (s) made du'a not to destroy his Ummah, Allah accepted it for the sake of the Prophet (s); however, He will make them fight each other because they are not organic anymore.
Prophet (s) was under a heavy load and that is why Allah (swt) revealed:
أَلَمْ نَشْرَحْ لَكَ صَدْرَكَ وَوَضَعْنَا عَنكَ وِزْرَكَ الَّذِي أَنقَضَ ظَهْرَكَ
Have We not expanded for you your breast? And We removed from you your burden that weighed so heavily on your back. (Surat ash-Sharh, 94:1-3)
Prophet (s) is coming to carry the heavy burden of the Ummah. Show your love and respect to him, don't come to him with harm! You killed his Family before and you are killing his Family now! You killed the most lovely of his Family, Sayyidina al-Hasan and Sayyidina al-Husayn (alayhimu ‘s-salaam). Muharram is coming five days from now, Ashura is coming, that day they killed Sayyidina al-Husayn (a). Do you think the heart of the Prophet (s) is not bleeding? He always caressed his grandsons because he knew they would be killed.
Be organic: this is the message that Mawlana Shaykh Nazim (q) has thrown in my heart, don’t be other than organic. As you look for organic food, also look for organic Akhirah, for organic du`a that the Prophet (s) made, be organic in your prayers, be sincere and pious. We love organic, but artificial oil is mixed with olive oil. Move up to organic oil and that will be your dress, then you will be noorani, full of light, nooraaniyyoon. The Tariqah an-Nooraniyya, the Naqshbandi Tariqah is Noorani, Rabbani. May Allah make us from them and may Allah bless us!
