Allah told us to beware of Shaytan in the Qur'an. It means that his evil is far more than you think, so we say, "O our Lord, you taught us to seek refuge from Shaytan. So this means we must be afraid of him, in order for us to be present through the presence of the Prophet (s). We have to clear ourselves through his power, and his power is hidden in Bismillahi 'r-Rahmani 'r-Raheem. If you direct Bismillahi 'r-Rahmani 'r-Raheem against Shaytan, you will win the pleasure of Allah and the pleasure of the Prophet (s).
So if you want to know if Allah and His Prophet love you, you have to recite "Bismillahi 'r-Rahmani 'r-Raheem" as much as you can. When you feel that he is not whispering to you and you don't feel Shaytan's presence around you, then you are in Allah's Presence. It is very easy to say "Bismillahi 'r-Rahmani 'r-Raheem", but it is very difficult to act on it.
Mawlana Shaykh Nazim, may Allah ennoble his lofty secret, used to say, "O Allah! Protect us from the evil of Shaytan", but unfortunately, if we don't have full power against Shaytan then try to protect yourself by reciting "Bismillahi 'r-Rahmani 'r-Raheem."
If you go around the people who show us the way, where Allah said in the Holy Qur’an that verse which was just mentioned, He swt will open for you what no eye has seen and what no ear has heard and what has not occurred to the heart of anyone. This is mentioned in Surat an-Naba, and Allah will open all kinds of doors to you. If Allah warns of something (in Qur'an), it means that is something very dangerous.
Allah is showing us a way to reach Him. That is showing you that Allah swt has opened for you His many doors.
Allah swt gifts His servants love and power in order to admit them through one of these gates of Mercy that are mentioned in Qur'an. Everyone is afraid of the evil of Shaytan and Allah swt said, "I will destroy Shaytan." Shaytan even came to the Prophet (s) to disturb him, after which Allah swt sent Gibril to him to destroy Shaytan.
We ask Allah swt to open for us His gates of Mercy. One door is enough for fifty of them and every door is different from the other door. If we present this request to the Prophet, he will present it to Allah and Allah swt will then distribute His Mercies upon Creation in order to open for them these fifty gates of Mercy!
Mercy is something that no one can achieve without the grace and blessing of the Prophet (s).
وَرَحْمَتِي وَسِعَتْ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ فَسَأَكْتُبُهَا لِلَّذِينَ يَتَّقُونَ وَيُؤْتُونَ الزَّكَـاةَ وَالَّذِينَ هُم بِآيَاتِنَا يُؤْمِنُونَ
But My Mercy overspreads everything: and so I shall confer it on those who are conscious of Me and spend in charity, and who believe in Our messages. (Suratu 'l-A`raaf, 7:156)
The 'mercy' mentioned here is the Prophet (s). He (s) takes from Allah swt and sends it to the Creation through the servants of Allah swt. His mercy encompasses everything, the entire universe. For dunya to be given from Allah swt to us has no true value, but value comes to something when the Prophet (s) touches it. That is the secret of the Prophet's going to Heavens on the Night of Ascension.
Surat al-Ma`arij is a surah in which the Prophet was given permission to reach His Lord on behalf of human beings as a way to ascend and take all human beings with him. We need Surat al-Ma`arij. The Prophet (s) is looking at the entire universe in order to show the followers of Ahl as-Sunnah wa 'l-Jama`ah especially, and the entire Muhammadan Community generally, the blessings and immense mercy of Allah swt.
As Grandshaykh, may Allah bless his soul, said, Allah swt opened for the Prophet what no eye has seen, meaning what has never opened from any door before, and it will only be opened only for the Prophet (s). The Prophet (s) was happy and he went and asked more from Allah swt. Allah opened for him and he asked more again, and again, until he reached the beginnings of Surat al-Ma`arij. So we ask Allah swt to open for us the door of Mercy.
The Prophet (s) reached the Gate of Ma`arij, Ascensions, and all of the gates were opened. Allah knows what the Prophet (s) is going to ask from Him. He is going to ask everything that relates to Ummat an-Nabi (s) and its affairs. What is meant by affairs of the Ummah is to establish a connection between dunya and Akhira.
So now when we look to dunya we see it normal, but when Awliyaullah look they are seeing Akhirah while in dunya. Imagine someone looking at Akhirah from dunya, what kind of binoculars has he been offered from the Prophet (s) to unlock this vision? When it opens immediately, Awliyaullah get their power from these doors, which is something truly amazing.
We may speak and speak and speak, filling books from top to bottom, wondering what the saints can see through the Prophet (s) with binoculars of Akhirah. Don't think they will give it to you without any hardship. They only give you the scent of those doors. That's all they will give you until you enter the doors of Awliya.
They said there will come a time in dunya when all people will go crazy. Awliyaullah mentioned about that microbe, coronavirus, some years ago, about every country the virus is going to attack and appear in. The secret of that was given to the Naqshbandi Order, where Mawlana Shaykh Nazim, may Allah bless his soul, mentioned every city and country in the world that will suffer from Coronavirus.
That virus has come against the liars and deniers: Allah used it to show them His power. That creature which does not move even one step, yet the entire dunya was closed down! How was this creature able to close all of dunya? If their permission comes, they will close everything you are looking at, and it does not take one minute nor even one second.
It is Allah swt. He does not care for the power of anything or anyone, and His Power encompasses everything, and He is destroying Shaytan little by little. Allah swt shows the signs of the Last Days and we are in the Last Days.
THE APPEARANCE OF IMAM MAHDI (A) IN MADINATU 'L-MUNAWARRAH
I was in Madinatu 'l-Munawwara with Mawlana Shaykh Nazim, may Allah bless his soul. He said to me, "Yaa waladee, O my son! Come with me, I want to show you something." He took me and my brother to a maktaba, library, Maktabatu `Arif, built by the Ottoman Empire. Then he said, "Mahdi (a) is coming here to pray two raka`ats, so make wudu and let us go to the library and pray two raka`ats by the order of the Prophet (s)." So we went, and what happened there is something extraordinary that we cannot mention here.
Then, he moved to Jannatu 'l-Baqi`. It was Fajr time, and there we entered by the door. The door of Jannatu 'l-Baqi` was open, and he said, "Grandshaykh `Abd Allah ad-Daghestani (q) showed me something. That's why I'm asking you to also pray two raka`ats here." We stood there praying two raka`ats and the door of the library.
Mawlana Shaykh (q) said, "As Grandshaykh showed me this place and we prayed Salaatu 'l-Ishraaq together, I will show you the place and you will pray with me two raka`ats Salaatu 'l-Ishraaq there."
We said, "Mawlana, it's restricted here, we cannot go."
And now they restricted it because of the expansion of the Haram an-Nabawi (s). So we were looking at him, as Grandshaykh `AbdAllah (q) was saying to Shaykh Nazim (q), who told to me, "There are things inside this library from hidden dunya and from Akhirah that are very rare to get!"
The library has two doors. He said, "Now we are going to make baya` to Sayyidina Mahdi (a)." He said that Grandshaykh (q) raised his hand and wanted to go inside, but the Prophet (s) said, "Don't do that `Abd Allah Effendi! It will burn you, because that is a restricted area." So how was he to do it? Mawlana Shaykh (q) said at that moment Grandshaykh (q) told him, "Give me your finger." He took the Shahaadah finger and put it in the door of the library, and this verse was recited:
إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يُبَايِعُونَكَ إِنَّمَا يُبَايِعُونَ اللَّهَ يَدُ اللَّهِ فَوْقَ أَيْدِيهِمْ فَمَن نَّكَثَ فَإِنَّمَا يَنكُثُ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ وَمَنْ أَوْفَى بِمَا عَاهَدَ عَلَيْهُ اللَّهَ فَسَيُؤْتِيهِ أَجْرًا عَظِيمًا
Verily, those who swear allegiance to you (Muhammad) swear allegiance only to Allah. The Hand of Allah is above their hands. So whosoever breaks his oath breaks it only to his soul’s hurt, while who keeps his covenant with Allah, on him will He bestow immense reward. (Surat al-Fath, 48:10)
The baya` was given by Imam Mahdi (a), and from him it was given to all Awliyaullah through Grandshaykh (q)! At that point, Grandshaykh `Abd Allah ad-Daghestani (q) said to Mawlana Shaykh Nazim (q), "Put your hand on the door of the library."
The light was coming from inside Jannatu 'l-Baqi`, going all the way through the heart of Grandshaykh `Abd Allah to Mawlana Shaykh and to us. Now they just said to me, "Don't continue." Insha'Allah, in a better situation we will explain more about this.
And so we say to our Muslim and non-Muslim brothers and sisters, "Take care about how you are spending your life in this dunya." Most people are lost. The Door of Paradise is now open, the only door of fifty (in Akhirah).
So that baya` was taken from Mahdi (a) to those people who have already done their best for the Muhammadan Community (s), teaching them about Sayyidina al-Mahdi (a). He is behind Jabal Qaaf, waiting for people to come and take direct explanation of that verse, and the secret of this verse was also opened with the secret of that baya`!
May Allah swt give us the best of His Mercy. We will continue that insha Allah in the future.
Wa min Allahi 't-tawfeeq bi hurmati 'l-Fatihah.
