Atee`oollaha wa atee`oo 'r-Rasoola wa ooli 'l-amri minkum.
Obey Allah, obey the Prophet, and obey those in authority among you. (Surat an-Nisa, 4:59)
As-salaamu `alaykum wa rahmatullaahi wa barakaatuh.
Wherever you are, viewers and people who are here, may Allah bless us all with this day, Monday. This is a blessed day, Monday. May Allah keep us always remembering the birthday of the Prophet (s) which was on Monday, 12 Rabi`ul-Awwal, and he (s) left Earth on 12 Rabi`ul-Awwal also.
O viewers, O believers! If someone does something wrong, they call him to court and he tries to find a lawyer to defend him and lawyers are very well-established, they are very rich. Normal lawyers are cheaper, more established ones are expensive and they ask a lot, so you will not end up between their hands except bankrupted as they ask a lot, but they can get you out of the problem. And every one of us, may Allah not put us in this position, but every one of us wants to be saved from any difficulty or punishment. Some people are not and they go to prison for ten or twenty years or for a lifetime, as they lost. When the decision is taken it is taken, finished:

Faman ya`mal mithqaala dharratin khayran yarah wa man ya`mal mithqaala dharratin sharran yarah.
Whosoever has done an atom's weight of good shall see it and whosoever has done an atom's weight of evil shall see it. (Surah az-Zalzalah, 99:7-8)
“Who does one atom of goodness will see it and who does one atom of bad will see it.” We don’t want to go on the bad side or else we will be punished. We ask Allah to forgive us!
There is nothing like dhikrullah that brings favors to human beings and there is nothing like heedlessness to bring misery to human beings.

Annahu jallaabun li ‘n-ni`am daafi`un li ‘n-niqam bi idhnillah.
It (dhikr) attracts provision and repels curses/afflictions.
(Ibn Qayyim al-Jawziyya, al-Waabil as-Sayyid, “The 46th Benefit of Dhikr”)
Dhikrullah will attract the good things, it will attract the favors that Allah favored you with and daafi`un li ‘n-niqam, reject and push back all kinds of miseries (that result) from our heedlessness. So do we want to be saved, or not? So you bring a lawyer and pay money from your wealth to be saved and you pay as much as he wants until you are saved. What is Allah (swt) saying?

Verily Allah will defend those who believe. Indeed, Allah does not like everyone treacherous and ungrateful. (Surat al-Hajj, 22:38)
When you believe, Allah will defend you and not ask you (to pay) money and not ask you something (in return), but He is asking for something, which is:
Bismillahi 'r-Rahmaani 'r-Raheem.

Yaa ayyuha ‘Lladheena aamanoo ‘dhkurullaaha dhikran katheera wa sabbahoohu bukratan wa aseela. Huwa 'Lladhee yusalli `alaykum li yukhrijakum min azh-zhulumaati ila 'n-noor wa kaana bi ‘l-mu’mineena raheemaa.
O you who believe! Remember Allah! Continue to mention Him without limit, before sunrise and before sunset. He is The One Who encourages, appreciates, and supports you all and replaces darkness and tyranny with Divine Light and is merciful to the believers. (Surat al-Ahzaab, 3:41-43)
Allah (swt) says, inna-Llaaha yudaafi`u `ani ’Lladheena aamanoo, “He will defend the believers,” but He is saying, yaa ayyuha ‘Lladheena aamanoo, “O you who believe!” which means, “those who accept Holy Qur’an, those who accept Prophet (s), My Messenger, those who accept sunnat an-Nabi (s),” udhkurullaaha dhikran katheera, “this is what I want from you: to mention Me as much as you can.” Allah is saying udhkurullaah, “mention Him, make dhikrullah continuously, don’t stop.” Yaa ayyuha ‘Lladheena aamanoo ‘dhkurullaah. He didn’t say, “Remember Allah for one-hundred years or five years or one hour,” but dhikhran katheera, with no limits, excessively. Why? Because we said, inna-Llaaha yudaafi`u `ani ’Lladheena aamanoo, “Allah will defend you,” so in this ayah He said, udhkurullaaha dhikran katheera wa sabbahoohu bukratan wa aseela, “And remember Him day and night,” bukratan wa aseela, “remember Allah and praise Him from morning to evening by dhikrullah then you will get,” because you are described as “Yaa ayyuha ‘Lladheena aamanoo,” you are believers, and inna-Llaaha yudaafi`u `ani ’Lladheena aamanoo, “Allah defends the believers.” Allah will defend you on the Day of Judgment, Allah will give all kinds of excuses to those who remember Him, although we are not remembering as it should be, but if you struggle and remember Him every time, every moment:

La-in shakartum la-azeedanakum.
If you thank Me, I will give you more. (Surah Ibraaheem, 14:7)
“If you thank Me, I will give you more, through you saying ‘Shukran yaa Rabbee,’” and what He said? Huwa 'Lladhee yusalli `alaykum, He is, when you mention Him morning and evening, too much, excessively, then He is The One Who yusalli `alaykum, “Who praises you and defends you,” He and His Angels! Li yukhrijakum min azh-zhulumaati ila 'n-noor, “to take you out from darkness to Light.” And who is the Light?

Qad jaakum min Allaahi noorun wa kitaabun mubeen.
Indeed, there has come to you from Allah a Light (Prophet Muhammad) and a plain Book (this Qur'an). (Surat al-Maa’idah, 5:15)
“There has come to you guidance, noor,” which means Prophet (s), “the Message, the Qur’an came from Allah (swt) to you,” because He loves us. He sent us that Light and that hidaaya, guidance, and He sent hidaaya how? Through the Prophet (s). Allah dressed him to be Haadi al-Ummah, He is the Guide of the Ummah:
???? ??? ??????? ?????????? ?????? ?????????????? ???????????? ?????? ?????????? ?????? ??????????? ???????? ??????? ????????
Qul in kuntum tuhibboona 'Llaaha fattabi`oonee
Say (O Muhammad), "If you (really) love Allah, then follow me!” (Surat Aali-`Imraan, 3:31)
“If you really love Allah, follow Muhammad (s),” so Allah gave him The Guidance; he guided the Sahaabah (r) and Allah is defending and Allah praising them and Allah took them from darkness completely. The jaahiliyya was the law of the jungle, nothing but the law of the desert, with nothing but fighting between different tribes. Allah brought them from darkness to Light and Allah brought the Muslim ummah from darkness to Light through the power of Sayyidina Muhammad (s)!
Wa ‘sh-shukru jallaabun li ‘n-ni`am, “Dhikrullah brings you favors.” There is no limit to the favors, jallaabun li ‘n-ni`am “brings you favors,” and Allah says, “Idhkurullaaha dhikran katheera wa sabbihoohu bukratan wa aseela. Huwa 'Lladhee yusalli `alaykum wa malaa’ikatahu li yukhrijakum min azh-zhulumaati ila 'n-noor.” When He says “dhikr brings favors,” here it means dhikr is important, for dhikrullah to be excessive, not limited, but “katheeran.” Then dhikrullah will bring you the favors of Allah and the favor of angels to defend you, not only angels, Allah will defend us!
Defend us from what? From our egos and from Shaytan. Satan came to make Sayyidina Adam (a) to fall down, to commit the sin of eating from that Forbidden Tree, but Allah forgave him because he is a mu’min, he is a prophet and he touched that tree for a wisdom (for us to learn). We leave the explanation, but with a wisdom and he asked Allah (swt) “Tawbah,” and He defended him against Shaytan and Allah told him, “Be careful of that one, that devil, he is My enemy. When I ordered him he didn’t make sajda,” because he was an angel before and angels cannot refuse Allah’s Order, but because he refused Allah cursed him, but still he asked Allah (swt) to keep him until the end of the days. Can’t Allah take him away and throw him in Hellfire? He accepted his du`a, He said, “Okay, I will leave you, but I will defend My servant and I will test them and if they still remember Me I will defend them, I will take them out from your hands. I will take them from the darkness that you are showing them to Light, to Paradise. I tell them to leave dunya and their concern is only for Akhirah, for loving Me.”
If Allah wants to do that, who can say to Him, “Don’t do it!” Allah said it in inna-Llaaha yudaafi`u `ani ’Lladheena aamanoo:
????? ??????? ????????? ???? ????????? ??????? ????? ??????? ??? ??????? ????? ???????? ???????
Inna-Llaaha yudaafi`u `ani ’Lladheena aamanoo. Inna-Llaaha laa yuhibbu kullu khawwaanin kafoor.
Verily Allah will defend those who believe. Indeed, Allah does not like everyone treacherous and ungrateful. (Surat al-Hajj, 22:38)
Allah will forgive anyone by defending him and Allah doesn’t like those who betray Him by making shirk, not those who one day do dhikr and one day they don’t--that is struggling--but those who left Him, those who don’t say there is a Creator or that He has a partner. If He had a partner, they might fight with each other. You see partners everywhere, they fight with each other in the end, is it not? Who is going to take half of the universe, who is going to take the other half! Even son and father will fight. They want to make Allah (swt) like that? Qul Hu Allahu Ahad!

Qul Hu Allahu Ahad, Allahu’ s-Samad, lam yalid wa lam yulad wa lam yakun lahu kufuwan aahad.
Say, “He is the One God, God the Eternal, the Uncaused Cause of All Being. He begets not nor is He begotten and there is nothing that could be compared to Him.” (Surat al-Ikhlaas, 112:1-4)
Allah is the Unique One with no resemblance. He doesn’t need any sustenance from anyone, Allahu’ s-Samad, lam yalid wa lam yulad wa lam yakun lahu kufuwan ahad. SubhaanAllah! It is mentioned that when Allah (swt) created the angels to carry His Throne and His Throne was on the water:
??????? ???????? ????? ???????
Wa kaana `arshahu `ala al-maa.
And His Throne on the water. (Surat Hud, 11:7)
What that water is is not our discussion now, but it was on water. He created angels to carry the `Arsh. They said, “Yaa Rabbana, O our Lord! How can we carry Your Throne and on it is Your Greatness, wa jalaaluka, and Your Majesty is on the Arsh?” It means not as a form, but as a manifestation, as Allah sent His tajalli:
??????????? ????? ????????? ????????
Ar-Rahman `ala 'l-`arsh istawaa.
The Most Gracious is firmly established on the Throne. (Surah TaHa, 20:5)
Allah istiwaa, “took over” the `Arsh; He does not need to sit on it. Angels asked, “How can we carry Your Throne,” and He said, “You know how you can carry My Throne, say this: 'Laa hawla wa laa quwatta illa billahi 'l-`Aliyyu 'l-`Azheem.’” As soon as they said this they were able to carry the Throne, and Heavens will carry us when we say, “Laa hawla wa laa quwatta illa billahi 'l-`Aliyyu 'l-`Azheem.” Any difficulties will be taken from its root when you say, “Laa hawla wa laa quwatta illa billahi 'l-`Aliyyu 'l-`Azheem,” which means, “There is no way and no power except through Allah (swt).” So they were carrying the Throne and when Allah wanted to show them His `Azhama, Greatness, He made them weak and they were falling and the `Arsh pulled them up. It means, "Don't think you are something, I created you!”
The `Arsh can carry them and by Allah's order they can carry the `Arsh. If they get tired, and that was an example (lesson) for them, when the `Arsh was over water, hamalatu ‘l-arsh, the angels who carry the Throne asked, rabbanaa limaa khalaqtanaa, “O our Lord! Why did you create us?” These type of angels are allowed to ask, and the answer came, wa khalaqtukum li-tahmila ‘l-`arsh, “I created you to carry My Throne.” “You are created and that is an honor, and I created human beings.”
???????? ?????????? ????? ?????
Wa laqad karamnaa Bani Adam.
We have honored the Children of Adam. (Surat al-'Israa, 17:70)
It is an honor to us that Allah created us or else you would not be here. He brought you from complete ‘adm (nothingness, emptiness) and you appeared; if not, you would not know Him! By His Order everything appeared. They say (attribute the universe's creation to the), "Big Bang." Okay, let us go along with scientists and say the Big Bang happened and all these (creations), like glass you have an explosion and in it will shatter. When you shatter something in non-gravity zone, it keeps moving, it will not stop, like you push a ball in a vacuum where there is no gravity, no irritation, and you push it, it goes non-stop as there is no friction or irritation from the glass that you put it in; that energy never dies and it is existing always. So when this Big Bang blew up, all these particles exploded into a void, an empty vacuum, and it is moving with the speed of light with all these particles consisting of stars and planets.
Who stopped them in their places? How did they stop? There must be an equal opposing force to stop them in their places: if that stopping force is equal it will stop them in their places and if more it will push them back. That driving force was so precise that stopped them in their place. Who did that, scientists? Look at the constellations, abraaj, they are always in their places and never moved, they say for millions of years. Okay, we accept, but Who keeps them in their places, not moving even one fraction of a second? Allah (swt)!
So cannot The One Who did that defend His servants from Shaytan? But He is asking, “Give me a driving force. Your driving force is dhikrullah.” That is like bullets on the head of Shaytan, because Shaytan gets upset when you make dhikrullah and he wants you to make dhikr ash-shaytan, he wants you to be with him, with devils. Tawbah yaa Allah, tawbah yaa Rabb! So Allah says, “I will defend you, but only show Me an effort, come to Me a little bit and show Me more, then I will take you out of darkness and ignorance.” We are in ignorance. Don’t think (only of) technology and mode
