`Asr Du`a after Khatm al-Khwajagan, before end of Ramadan
[Du`a for end of Ramadan.]
A`oodhu billahi min ‘ash-Shaytani ‘r-rajeem. Bismillahi ‘r-Rahmaani ‘r-Raheem. We are asking Allah to defeat these four enemies within us: nafs/ego, dunya, hawwaa, Shaytan. These enemies within us... Shaytan, you know him better than me! [Laughter.] Shaytan cannot approach this majlis adh-dhikr, not even if he tries, because the Prophet (s) informed us that the People of Dhikr are the People of Paradise.
من قال لا اله الا الله دخل الجنة
Whoever says ‘Laa ilaaha illa-Llah’ enters Paradise. (Mustadrak of an-Nisaburi)
قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: إذا مررتم برياض الجنة فارتع. قالو وما رياض الجنة؟ قال : حلق الذكر
The Prophet (s) said: “When you pass by the Gardens of Paradise, avail yourselves of them." The Companions asked: "What are the Gardens of Paradise, O Messenger of Allah?" He replied: "The circles of dhikr.” (Tirmidhi)
Prophet (s) is as-Saadiq al-Masdooq, the Most Truthful One, the best of the truth, his name is Truth [al-Amin], so know that we are in a Garden of Paradise! May Allah (swt) accept from us our Ramadan and let it intercede for us on Judgment Day.
Wa min Allahi ‘t-tawfeeq bi hurmati 'l-Fatihah. Taqabbal-Allah!
