The Arrogant Will End Up in Hellfire

Mawlana Shaykh Hisham Kabbani

13 July 2012 Long Island, New York

Pre-Khutba preceding Jumu`ah Khutbah

A`oodhu billahi min ash-Shaytani 'r-rajeem. Bismillahi 'r-Rahmani 'r-Raheem.

I am married to a Turkish lady, and my father-in-law is head of the Naqshbandi Sufi Order which has millions of followers around the world.

This is “cake” that Allah has given to Sayyidina Muhammad (s).

And before we begin I would like to relate a story about Sayyidina Musa (a). Prophets like to go on siyaaha, traveling, to forests or deserts. One day Sayyidina Musa (a) went into that kind journey and as he was far from the city, reaching a mountain. From that mountain he heard a very nice voice, someone reciting some words he did not know, and he approached slowly until the voice became clearer and clearer. He was so amazed that there was such recitation and he wanted to learn it in a different language. Prophets are not like us, restricted to one language; they can understand any language as their hearts are with Allah (swt), and anyone whose heart is with Allah will be given the power from Qudratullah to understand, both by hearing and by tongue, which a strong hadith mentions:

من عادى لي ولياً فقد آذنته بحرب مني، وما تقرب لي عبدي بشيء أحب إلي مما افترضته عليه، ومازال عبدي يتقرب إلي بالنوافل حتى أحبه فإذا أحببته كنت سمعه الذي يسمع به وبصره الذي يبصر به ويده التي يبطش بها وقدمه التي يمشي بها وإذا سألني لأعطينه وإذا استغفرني لأغفرن له وإذا استعاذني أعذته.

Man `aadaa lee waliyyan faqad aadhantahu bi ’l-harb minnee. wa maa taqarrab lee `abdee bi shayying ahabba ilayya mimaa aftaradtahu `alayh. wa maa zaala `abdee yataqarrabu ilayya bi ’n-nawaafil hatta uhibuh. fa idhaa ahbabtahu kuntu sama`auhhulladhee yasma`you bihi wa wa basarahulladhee yubsiru bihi wa yaddahulladhe yabtishu bihaa wa qadamahullatee yamshiy bihaaa wa idhaa sa’alanee la-`utiyanahu wa idhaa astaghfaranee la-aghfarana lahu wa idhaa’sta`adhannee aa`adhat.

Who comes against a pious servant and declares war on him, Allah will declare war on him...and as long as My Servant approaches me through voluntary worship I will love him, and when I love him I will be the ears he can hear with and the eyes he can see with and the hand he uses and the foot he walks with...

Always they are in voluntary worship, so his heart was always with his Lord and he understood. and wondered how that person can recite in a different language, which was Arabic, an old language and language of Paradise. So Sayyidina Musa (a) understood it and wondered how that person was reciting. As he approached, he saw the voice was coming from a cave and from that cave a light cameout and a very beautiful voice recited:

الحمد لله اللذي َفَضَّلنْيْ عَلَى كَثِيرٍ مِّمَّنْ خَلَق تَفْضِيلاً

Alhamdulillahi ’Lladhee fadalanee `alaa katheerin mimman khalaqa tafdeela.

All praise be to The One that honored me over many of whom He honored.

(Du`a based on Surat al-Israa’, 17:70)

He was thanking Allah (swt). If you thank Allah, if you say “shukran lillah,” Allah gives you more, and if you say, “alhamdulillah,” or if you recite daily, “SubhaanAllah w ’alhamdulillah wa laa ilaaha illa-Llah w’Allahu Akbar,” Allah (swt) will relieve you from Hellfire, and these are words from Holy Qur'an. So that man was reciting “Glory be to Allah, Who favored me more than anyone else!” Sayyidina Musa (a) approached him and wanted to meet him, and found him in sajda, the best of all `ibaadah and voluntary worship; the Prophet (s) was most often in sajda. Also, when Allah (swt) created Sayyidina Adam (a), He ordered the angels make sajda to him; not sajda of worship but of respect! To show their obedience and respect, they did not ask, “Why should we make sajda to Sayyidina Adam?” Allah said to make sajda and they did it: asma`oo wa awooo, listen and understand! Ati`oollaha wa ati`oo 'r-Rasoola wa ooli 'l-amri minkum.

Sayyidina Musa (a) saw that man making sajda and that he was happy doing sajda, and then suddenly he came up from his sajda sand sat on his backside. Sayyidina Musa (a) was astonished at what he saw, that man with no arms and no legs saying, “Thank you, Allah, that You favored me!” In know Holy Qur'an, Sayyidina Musa (a) is always asking questions, although Sayyidina Muhammad (s) never asked any question.

Sayyidina Musa (a) not able to digest what he was seeing, and said, “Yaa Rabbee! What is that?” He is Kaleemullah, who speaks with Allh (swt) directly, so often he took advantage of that position. “He has no arms and no legs, and yet is thanking You for what You favored him with!” Then he saw a deer coming to that man, and it raised its legs and the man suckled its milk, which was his daily food once every 24 hours! That man drank and said, “Thank you, yaa Allah!” so it is our obligation to say, “Shukran lillah, O our Lord! Grant that I thank You shukr every moment in my life and even then it won’t be enough!”

Sayyidina Musa (a) entered that cave and said, “Yaa `AbdAllah! How do you have no arms or legs and still you are saying, “Alhamdulillahi ’Lladhee fadalanee `alaa katheerin mimman khalaqa tafdeela.” What kind of favors have you been granted?”

That man answered, “Yaa Musa! I am happy because Allah (swt) showed me the reality in your time, as mentioned in the Tawrat, that a Prophet will come at the end of the world and he will be the Seals of Prophets, Sayyidina Muhammad (s)! I am happy to see that I became a Muslim from now on, so I’m thanking Allah (swt), even with no arms and legs!

O Muslims! That person with no arms and legs is thanking Allah (swt) for honoring him to be a Muslim. What about us? Allah gave us everything! He gave us wealth; we are eating and drinking, enjoying, He guided you to pray and fast, He gave us everything possible. That man with nothing is thanking Allah (swt) and we have everything, so we must be more thankful and remind ourselves that thanking Allah (swt) is an obligation on every Muslim and mu’min.

O Muslims! You don’t know when Allah will forgive or punish, but He (swt) sent His Messenger, Sayyidina Muhammad (s) and gave him permission to make shafa`a for his ummah on the Day of Judgment, after which Allah (swt) will forgive every Muslim and mu’min for the sake of Sayyidina Muhammad. Are we Muslim? We say, “Yes, yaa Rabbee! We are trying to be Muslim, alhamdulillah.” Are we mu’min? We say, “Yaa Rabbee! If You write us as mu’min, then we are mu’min and we leave that to You, but we are asking You to make us mu’min and Muslims!” It’s from Him, not from us.

According to the hadith of Haritha (r), the Prophet (s) said to his Sahaabah (r), who were sitting:

عن حارثة بن وهب رضي الله عنه: قال سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول: ألا أخبركم بأهل الجنة؟ كل ضعيف متضعف لو أقسم على الله لأبره, ‏ألا أخبركم بأهل النار كل ‏عتل‏ ‏جواظ‏ ‏مستكبر

Alaa ukhbirukum bi ahli ’l-jannah? Kullu da`eefin mutada`afin. Law aqsama `ala Allahi la-abarrahu. Alaa ukhbirukum bi ahli ‘n-naar? Kullu `utullin jawaazhun mustakbir.

Shall I inform you about the People of Paradise? (They will be) every weak and oppressed person. Were he to swear by Allah, Allah would fulfill his oath. Shall I inform you about the People of Hellfire? (They will be) every violent and arrogant person.

(Narrated by Haritha bin Wahb; Bukhari, Muslim)

The Prophet (s) said, “Do you like me to tell you about the People of Paradise?” and this applies to all of us, and of course, the Sahaabah (r) wanted to learn who the People of Paradise are. We are coming to pray in order that Allah (swt) will accept us to be from the People of Paradise. So the Sahaabah (r) replied, “Yes, Yaa Rasoolullah!” and he said, kullu da`eefin mutada`afin, “Every weak,” means “every humble person who tries to be more humble” is from the People of Paradise. They show humbleness by helping and listening to each other and they are not stubborn in their minds, but rather they accept and open their hearts for everyone. “Kullu da`eefin mutada`afin” means “every humble person who humbles himself more and more.” If they are like that, then they are the People of Paradise.

Then Prophet (s) said, alaa ukhbirukum bi ahli ‘n-naar, “Do you want me to tell you about the People of Hellfire?” and they said, “Yaa Rasoolullah! Of course, because then we will be away from that.” Then Sayyidina Muhammad (s) said, kullu jaahilin, kullu jahoolin, “(They are) everyone who is ignorant.” Ignorant people know nothing and they are mutakabbir, arrogant, so every arrogant person is from the People of Hellfire. Allah (swt) is showing us, “O Muslims! I did not create you arrogant.” In fact, Allah (swt) made us to sit on the floor to show humbleness and respect. When people come to masaajid they sit on the floor, not on high elevations. Masaajid are not built on high elevations, but rather provide very normal sitting for the Muslim congregation, that is normally comprised of people from different countries, because there is no racism in Islam and all are the same.

O Muslims! We must not be arrogant like Iblees, who said, “I’m better than Adam! You created me from fire and him from mud, so how am I going to make sajda to him?” He was arrogant. So our duty is not to be arrogant in our daily life. Whenever we do something, we must not say, “I did that,” because it is Allah (swt) Who made it possible for us to do it.

Marra rajulun `ala ‘n-nabiyyi, sallAllahu `alayhi wa sallam, fa qaala rajulin `indahu jaalisun maa raa’yuka fee haadha? Fa qaala: rajulun min ashraafi ‘n-naas. Haadha w’Allaahu hariyyun in khataba an yunakkah. Wa an shuffi`a an yushaffa`. Fasakata Rasoolullahi, sallAllahu `alayhi wa sallam. Thumma marra rajulun aakhar, fa qaala lahu Rasoolullahi, sallAllahu `alayhi wa sallam, maa raa’yuka fee haadha? Fa qaal yaa Rasoolullah haadha rajulun min fuqaraa’i ’l-muslimeen. Haadhaa hariyyun in khataba an laa yunakkah. Wa in shuffi`a an laa yushaffa`. Wa in qaala an laa yusma` li-qawlihi. Fa qaala Rasoolullahi, sallAllahu `alayhi wa sallam, haadha khayrun min mila ‘l-ardi mithli hadhaa.

A man passed by the Prophet (s), so he asked a man who was sitting near him, "What is your opinion about this man?" That man replied: "He is one of the noblest men. By Allah he is certainly a proper person for (a girl) being given in marriage if he seeks to marry, and his recommendation is fit to be accepted if he recommends." The Messenger of Allah (swt) remained silent. Then another man passed. The Messenger of Allah (swt) enquired, "What is your opinion about this man?" He replied: "O Messenger of Allah, he is one of the poor Muslims. He is not a proper person (for a girl) to be given in marriage to, and his recommendation would not be accepted if he makes one; if he speaks, he is not to be listened to." The Messenger of Allah (swt) said, "He is better than the former by earthfuls!" (Bukhari and Muslim)

The Prophet (s) was sitting with his Companion (r) when one person passed by, and he asked his Companion,‏“What do you think about this man?” He said, “That was a person from the honored people, who had a high status in the community. If he approaches any family in the community and asks to marry their daughter, everyone will give him because he is a good person. If you ask him for a favor to fix your problems and mediate for you, the opposing side will listen to him. And Prophet (s) kept quiet. After a while another person passed and he looked at the Companion and said, “What do you think about this person?” He said, “This is a man from the poor of the community. If he proposes to any family to marry their daughter he will be rejected, and if he was to mediate for someone no one will listen to him, and if he says something no one will listen.” What do you think the Prophet (s) said?‏ Haadha khayrun min mila ‘l-ardi mithli hadhaa, “The second one who is poor is better than the whole earth filled with the first one!”

O Muslims! This shows the reality of humbleness that Prophet (s) taught his Companions (r). Don’t look at the outside of a person, look at the inside (character). Today there are many people who speak what is not in their hearts and they don’t care.

This next hadith is recorded by Tirmidhi in his book, Baab ul-Fitan about the signs of the fitna around the world, which is what we are seeing today. The Prophet (s) said:

Idhaa kaanat umaraa’ookum khiyaarakum, wa aghniyaa’ookum sumahaa’akum, wa amrukum shooraa baynakum, fazhahara ‘l-ardi khayrun lakum min batnihaa wa idhaa kaana umaraa’ookum shiraarakum, wa aghniyaa’ookum bukhalaa’akum, wa umoorukum ilaa nisaa’ikum, fa batnu ‘l-ardi khayrun lakum min zhahrihaa.

When your leaders are the best among you, your affluent ones are generous, and your matters are decided through mutual consultation among yourselves, then the surface of the earth is better for you than its interior (life is better than death). But when your leaders are the worst of you, your affluent ones are stingy and your women are made in charge of your affairs, then the interior of the earth is better than its surface (your death is better than life). (Tirmidhi, Baab ul-Fitan)

The Prophet (s) is saying that if your leaders are of the best quality, very pious and sincere, who look after the needs of the ummah, and listen to the opinions of others, to live above the earth is better than to be in the grave, but if your leaders are the worst, most evil people, your rich ones are stingy, and your matters are left in the hands of ladies, then to be in the grave is better than to be out of it (living). This is not from me, but from the Prophet (s). Today we are see rich people are stingy, not all, but some. There is some good leadership and some that are not, as we are seeing corruptions today in every country around the world, because everyone is evil and doesn’t want to leave to give a chance for the others. So the Prophet (s) said that this is from the fitna and Signs of the Last Days.

O Muslims! This means we have to understand that this dunya is not going on forever, as Allah (swt) mentioned in the Holy Qur’an:

اقْتَرَبَتِ السَّاعَةُ وَانشَقَّ الْقَمَرُ

Iqtarabat as-saa`atu wa ’nshaqqa ‘l-qamar.

The Hour (of Judgment) is nigh and the moon is cleft asunder. (Surat al-Qamar, 54:1)

He (swt) said that the Day of Judgment has approached so much and the sign of it is when the Prophet (s) ordered the moon to split. In the time of the Prophet (s), Allah (swt) revealed to him, “O Muhammad! Tell your ummah, ‘The Signs of the Last Days have appeared; be careful and don't lose time!’”

I think everyone knows the hadith of when Jibreel (a) came to the Prophet (s) dressed in all white in the presence of the Sahaabah (r), and asked him about Islam, Imaan and Ihsaan. However, in the continuation of the hadith, Jibreel (a) asked the Prophet (s):

قال فأخبرني عن الساعة قال ما المسؤول عنها بأعلم من السائل قال فأخبرني عن أماراتها قال أن تلد الأمة ربتها و أن ترى الحفاة العراة العالة رعاء الشاء يتطاولون في البنيان

Qaala fa-akhbirnee `ani ‘s-saa`ati? Qaala fa-akhbirnee `an amaaraatiha? Qaala an talida ‘l-ammatu rabbataha, wa an taraa al-hufaata ‘l-`uraata ‘l-`aalata ru`aa ash-shaat’i yattataawaloona fi ‘l-bunyaani.

He said, “Inform me about the Hour.” The Prophet (s) said, “About that the one questioned knows no more than the questioner.” So he said, “Inform me about the signs of its coming.” Said the Prophet (s), “They are that the slave-girl will give birth to her mistress, and that you will see the barefooted, naked, destitute herdsman of sheep arrogantly building high buildings.”

(Muslim, Bukhari and others)

“Yaa Muhammad! Akhbirnee `ani ‘s-saa`ati, “Tell me about the Day of Judgment.” The Prophet (s) replied, maa al-mas’oolu `anha bi-`aalama min as-saa’ili,“The one who is asking might know more than the one being asked,” meaning, “You are asking me, but I don’t know. Allah knows, but since you are an angel, you might know.” Then he asked, “Yaa Muhammad! Then tell me about its signs.” We will quote one sign in that hadith: wa an tara al-hufaata ‘l-`uraata ‘l-`aalata riya` ash-shaa’i yattataawaloona fi ‘l-bunyaani, “When you see the barefooted Bedouins,” which means when the desert becomes a garden, a civilization that no one can compete with, to see a desert become inhabited with high-rise buildings. He said, “When you see the barefooted Bedouins of the desert competing with high rises.” Before you used to see high-rises only in the US, Japan, then in Malaysia, in Riyadh, later in Burj al-Arab, Dubai, and now they are building them in Mecca, higher than all of them!

Look at the prophecy, how 1400 years ago the Prophet (s) knew the desert would become so civilized that it will be a home for the rich, where they compete in building high-rises. He said, “They compete in whose is taller than the others.” This is one sign from one of the strongest, authentic ahadith about Islam, Imaan and Ihsaan. Since we are seeing this happening today, we must understand that we need to be more thankful to Allah (swt), Who does not need anything from us except to glorify Him and thank Him, saying, “Shukran, yaa Rabbee! Shukran, yaa Allah! Shukr, yaa Allah!”

In another hadith, the Prophet (s) said, “A day will come when a great man who was famous and rich in dunya will comes in the Day of Judgment and will not weigh the wing of a mosquito in the Sight of Allah (swt).” In dunya, people ran to that man seeking his support, but in the Day of Judgment he will not weigh the wing of a mosquito!

O Muslims! This is frightening, so we have to be very careful. This is to remind us we must show humbleness and humility, then Allah will forgive us. However, if you think everyone has to show us respect and we must be honored and given this or that, in Allah's Eyes (your value) you will not weigh the wing of a mosquito!

From among the Signs of the Last Days, the Prophet (s) said:

لا تقوم الساعة حتى يتسافد في الطريق تسافد الحمير

Laa taqoom as-saa`at hatta yatasaafad fi ‘t-tareeq tasaafadu 'l-hameer.

The Hour will not come until there are men and women in the streets having sexual relations with each other like donkeys. (Ibn Habban, Kitaab al-Fitan)

The Hour (Last Day) will not be established until (religious) knowledge will be taken away (by the death of religious learned men), earthquakes will be very frequent, time will pass quickly, afflictions will appear, murders will increase and money will overflow amongst you. (Bukhari)

The Prophet (s) said that the Day of Judgment will not come until knowledge will be lifted up and taken away from people like when someone’s soul is taken out, and when there are too many earthquakes, storms and tsunamis. Today you see lots of storms, like the one you recently saw in the Tri-States, Washington, Maryland and Virginia. In five minutes, three-million homes were left without electricity! Allah (swt) mentioned these storms move according to His Will and in many tafseers it is said an angel called “Ra`ad,” is moving them, and he is not bigger than your thumb. In Arabic “Ra`ad” means “thunder.” When the angel whips the clouds there is a storm. With one angel that came over to the Tri-State area, where they claim they are biggest in power, but they were not able to save three-million homes from an angel as big as your thumb!

O Muslims! Let us open our eyes and ears. Allah (swt) loves and wants the best for His Servants, but when His Revenge comes it takes many people! May Allah (swt) save us from all these dangers.

On 15 Sha`aaban, Laylat al-Bara`ah, I spoke about that angel, Ra`ad, and how throughout history Allah (swt) destroyed cities through angels with a storm. The next day we had to fast, and at 4:00 a.m. in Michigan a five-minute storm came and took all the electricity from homes and businesses, after Washington, Maryland and Virginia! And in all those places, the storm was not longer than five minutes long. When Allah's Punishment comes, no one knows what will happen!

The Prophet (s) said that the Day of Judgment will not come until knowledge will be lifted up. In another hadith, the Sahaabah (r) asked, “Yaa Rasoolullah! Will Qur’an be lifted up (as ‘the `Ilm’ is Holy Qur’an)? Will Qur’an will be taken away from the hands of people?” He said, “No, but the real `ulama will die and there will be no substitutes,” as mentioned in the following hadith:

عن عبد اللّه بن عمرو بن العاص قال: قال رسول اللّه صلى اللّه عليه وسلم: إن اللّه لا يقبض العلم انتزاعا ينتزعه من الناس ولكن يقبض العلم بقبض العلماء، حتى إذا لم يترك عالما اتخذ الناس رؤوسا جهالا فسئلوا فأفتوا بغير علم فضلوا وأضلوا

Qaala rasoolullahi (s): inna Allaشha laa yaqbidu’l-`ilm intiza`aan yantazi`uhu min an-naasi wa laakin yaqbida’l-`ilma bi-qabd al-`ulamaa. hattaa idhaa lam yatruk `aaliman ittakhadha ’n-naasa roo’oosan juhalaa fa-sa’aloo fa-aftoo bi-ghayri `ilm fa-dalloo wa adalloo.

Allah will not take knowledge from the hearts of the scholars, but He takes the scholars (they die). There will be no more scholars to take their place, so people will take extremely ignorant leaders. They will be asked questions and will give fatwas (legal rulings) without knowledge. They are misguided and they misguide others. (Sahih Bukhari, Kitaab al-`Ilm)

Today every `alim, if he really wants to be a scholar, must study and quote Qur’an, hadith and tafseers of all `ulama that came before him, until the beginning of the 19th century. You have to examine their opinions because you cannot base your beliefs on your opinions. This means you go back to the traditional way of Islam, not the modern way, as today they say to “Americanize” Islam.

One person asked me in Washington, “Are you open-minded?”

I said, “I’m open-minded if it’s necessary, as we have to go along with what we have in our time.”

He said, “Islam came 1500 years ago. Christians and Jews have evolved in their religions, so why aren’t you Muslims evolving so that your religion will become Americanized?”

I said, “How can you ‘Americanize’ Islam? Islam can revolutionize America, because it is a perfect religion, a perfect moon that has no deficiencies. You neither add nor subtract from Islam!”

He was upset, as he was expecting me to say, “Let's Americanize Islam!” What to Americanize, to make Islam liberal? That’s why the Prophet (s) said, “`Ilm will be lifted,” and they asked him, “Yaa Rasoolullah! The Qur’an will be lifted?” He said, “No, `ulama will die and there will be no substitute.” There might be one here and there, but the majority before used to study `Ilmu ‘l-Hadith and `Ilmu ‘l-Qur’an. Today there is no one studying these; rather, everyone is studying `Ilmu ‘l-Tibb, `Ilmu ‘l-Haddatha, medicine, engineering, or law. People are no longer interested in studying or sending their children to study Islamic knowledge, whereas before, as soon as your child turned six years of age, they said, “Go study Islamic knowledge.”

Many people come to me saying, “Pray for my child, he is going to college.” Why don’t we say, “We have to polish ourselves for Akhirah.” Why is it only a request for prayers for college or dunya (in general)?

Allah (swt) said in the Holy Qur’an:

بَّنَا آتِنَا فِي الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً وَفِي الآخِرَةِ حَسَنَةً وَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ

Rabbanaa atinaa fi'd-dunya hasanatan wa fi ’l-akhirati hasanatan wa qinaa `adhab an-naar.

O our Lord! Give us goodness in this life and goodness in the Next Life, and protect us from the punishment of the Fire. (Surat al-Baqara, 2:201)

So don’t do everything for dunya. Allah (swt) is balancing for you: one for dunya, one for Akhirah. When you balance your dunya and Akhirah, Allah (swt) will protect you from Hellfire; otherwise, you will be questioned. Many students today have nothing on their minds except to run away from their homes. They put in their minds to become independent, but of what, your father paying your tuition? Be dependant! We are all dependant to Allah (swt) and His Prophet (s) and on our parents, as they are giving us whatever Allah has given them. You slap your mother or father’s face by saying, “I want to be independent and live by myself!” Why are you going to live by yourself? They want to live by themselves because they want to go to parties, to which parents close their eyes! Why are you closing your eyes?

(In the continuation of the hadith) the Prophet (s) said that there will be too many earthquakes and time will collapse (what is far becomes near), which we are seeing today when we travel from east to west, which is at a maximum 15-17 hours of flying. He also said that there will be much fitna, confusion, about which he said in another hadith:

الفتنه نائمه لعن الله من ايقضها

Al-fitnatu naa'imatan la`anallaha man ayqadahaa .

Fitna is dormant and Allah cursed the one who awoke it.

Look how much fitna there is today in the Middle East and, sorry to say, but also in Pakistan. Bangladesh is safe.

The Prophet (s) said:

Walladhee nafsee bi-yadihi laa tadhhab ad-dunyaa hatta ya’tee `ala ‘n-naasi yawmun laa yadree ‘l-qaatil limaa qatal wa ’l-maqtool laa ya`lam limaa qutil.

(The Prophet (s) said:) “By the One in Whose Hands is my soul, this world will not pass on until there comes a day on the people when the one who kills does not know why he killed, and the one being killed doesn't know why he was killed.” They asked, “How could that be?” He (s) said, “Al-harj, the killer and the killed are both in the Fire.”

He said that a time will come when too there will be much killing that one who is killed doesn't know why he was killed and the one killing doesn't know why he killed. This is what we are seeing today and these ahadith about the Signs of the Last Days are only some from among hundreds.

There is one book, As-sunan al-waaridu fi ’l- fitani as-saa`ati wa ghawaa’iluha by someone who died nearly 900 years ago. He compiled all ahadith on the Last Days into six volumes and every volume is 700-800 pages long. Today people are not being exposed to the ahadith on the Last Days. You go to many masaajid and see circles where people speak and discuss hadith on salaah and fasting, which is good, but no one is speaking about the Last Days. Be careful, as we are in a dangerous situation and these will also open your mind.

May Allah (swt) forgive us. It’s time for adhaan now. Day-by-day, may Allah (swt) make us to hear more and more adhaan and give us long life!
