Yaa Rabbee, yaa Allah! Dastoor, yaa Sayyidee. (Mawlana Shaykh stands)
Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, laa ilaaha illa-Llah! Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, wa lillaahi 'l-hamd.
Allahuma salli wa sallim wa baarik 'ala habeebika Sayyidina Muhammad, Sayyidi 'l-Awwaleen wa ’l-`Akhireen. Zidhu yaa Rabbee `izzan wa sharafan nooran wa surooran, wa sultaanan wa ridwaana. Raghman `ala anf hadhawl as-shayateen al-insi wal-jinn. Yaa Rabbana yaa Rabb ighfir warham wa anta khayru 'r-rahimeen, Allahuma salli wa sallim `ala sayyid al-anbiya'i wal-mursaleen wa man tabi`ahum bi ihsaan ila yawmi 'd-deen. O our Lord! Grant us the power of courage, lights, and understanding to be Your good servants, or at least to follow Your good servants. O our Lord, irham na`fana. And we are saying, a`oodhu billahi min ash-Shaytaani 'r-rajeem Bismillahi 'r-Rahmaani 'r-Raheem.. (Mawlana Shaykh sits)
O our Attenders! Try to be good ones, try to have your names written on the good ones' tablet. You are not `ulamas and it is not a condition for everyone to be a scholar, because everything or every grant from Heavens to servants is bringing a responsibility. Therefore, what is necessary for Mankind?
O Salafi `ulamas! Marhaban! They are our brothers in Islam. We are not saying that you are outside the limits of Islam, no; we are all Muslims believing in Islam. Who is bringing Islam to us? The Seal of Prophets, Sayyidina Muhammad (s)! (Mawlana Shaykh stands) We believe in him and respect him. We must respect him! It is obligatory for all nations to respect him, because he is bringing from the Lord of Heavens the way to be safe from falling into Hells. (Mawlana Shaykh sits)
O Salafi `ulamas! I think you must know something from Sahaaba's (r) teachings, because all the Sahaabah, may Allah bless them, took their knowledge from the Seal of Prophets (s), and he took his knowledge through Gabriel, peace be upon him, from the Lord of Heavens. Therefore, the Sahaabah (r), Companions of the Seal of Prophets (s), knew nothing before Islam; perhaps they did not know the truth from falsehood. No one knew, and the Lord of Heavens is saying that He sent furqaan; it is from ayaatul kareemah, which you know, meaning to distinguish the limits of truth and what is false and cursed. Furqaan is showing the ways of Heavens that bring you to Paradise; it shows where real truth begins. Also, Holy Qur'an brings an understanding of heavenly wisdoms; it shows where falsehood and the accursed begin, and it makes a distinction between good and bad. Good things carry people to Paradise and bad things carry people to Hell.
Therefore, the prophets came to teach people what is true and what is false. And the Seal of Prophets (s) came from Heavens to people as the Last Messenger with the Last Message, making everything clear for Mankind, whether something is good or bad, if it is true or false. The Seal of Prophets, Sayyidina Muhammad (s), (Mawlana Shaykh stands and sits) taught the Sahaabah what is true and what is wrong, so they may bring that truth to people up to the end of the world!
O Salafi `ulamas! Is anything wrong with what I am speaking? Say!The main source of heavenly knowledge comes through the Seal of Prophets (s), and he had 124,000 Companions, all taking from the heavenly knowledge granted to the Seal of Prophets (s). Therefore, you must not say, "That is not a hadith, but that is from his Companions." Now, so many people are ignorant and do not understand why the Seal of Prophets (s) was surrounded by 124,000 Sahaabah (r). Every Companion was taking something from the heavenly knowledge that the Seal of Prophets (s) brought, so you must respect the Sahaabah's teachings because they were the students of the Seal of Prophets!
They are making me say something now. My Arabic is not so good, but you may understand. Sayyidina `Ali, may Allah bless him, said, man `alamanee harfan faqad sirtu lahu `abdan, "Whoever taught me one letter of knowledge, I became for him a slave." How did Sayyidina `Ali (q) know such things before the advent of Islam? He was being taught until the Seal of Prophets (s) said: (Mawlana Shaykh stands)
أنا مدينة العلم وعلي بابها
Ana madinatu 'l-`ilmi wa `aliyyun baabuha.
I am the city of knowledge and `Ali is its door.
(Mawlana Shaykh sits) Is it true? Haqq. If we are asking, so many people now deny this. Why? With what authority are you refusing the pearls coming from the Sahaabah (r)? Their pearls came from the ocean of Sayyidina Muhammad (s)!! (Mawlana Shaykh stands) He was an ocean and Sahaabah (r) were taking from that ocean, and you are not drinking from them! Where are you, Salafi `ulamas? What is your position on this topic? (Mawlana Shaykh sits) Laa hawla wa la quwwata illa billahi 'l-`Aliyyu 'l-`Azheem. That is a balance that the whole nation of Sayyidina Muhammad (s) must use, (Mawlana Shaykh stands) everyone, everyone! (Mawlana Shaykh sits) The Seal of Prophets (s) was an ocean of pearls, and whoever dives in that ocean may bring up pearls. You know that sometimes people are bringing up pearls and some of them are bringing qishr, oyster shells. The shell is empty, so you must look at which shell is carrying a pearl. All Sahaabah (r) dove in the ocean when he was speaking and giving knowledge to people.
O Mankind!! Listen, think, accept, and obey, to be honored as a deputy for Heavens!
O Salafi `ulamas! You must honor the one who is teaching you and you must ihtiraam, respect him! All the Sahaabah (r) brought thousands and thousands of pearls and you must respect them. Some no-mind people are swearing at the Sahaabah (r)! They are wrong, it can't be! It is not adab 'l-Muslim, good manners for a believer, no. At the very least, all the Sahaabah (r) were asaas, the foundation of Islam and they carried, may Allah bless them, the whole heaviness of the Islamic building. Therefore, all 124,000 Sahaabah have been chosen ones! Now, there are so many ignorant ones who do not understand, making their tongues for `aza, harming Sahaabah (r), saying things that are not true. Allah Almighty never likes that, because He raised 124,000 Sahaabah (r) to be the foundation of Islam and to take Islam's pearls from the ocean of the Seal of Prophets (s)! They went to him (s), took their knowledge, and brought it to the second generation of Muslimeen.
O People! Now so many are on the wrong way, and we say who are good ones or bad ones, but we haven't any scale; our scale is always wrong. We must use the holy scale granted from Heavens to the Seal of Prophet's (s) Companions, who kept those jewels to say if people were good and true ones, or wrong and bad ones. Which of you is using this scale? I am asking Salafi `ulamas, what scale are you using? And the first ones taking that scale from the Seal of Prophets (s) were the Sahaabah. Do you know about this scale and which of the Sahaabah was speaking from the Seal of Prophets, saying, “You are a good one," or, "You are a bad one.” Who are they? You must take this from the Sahaabah (r), and from who followed them, the tabi`een, "Successors," (the first generation after Sahaabah). Then whoever inherited that scale from them, look to them (tabi` tabi`een, "Successors of the Successors," the second generation of Muslims).
Now in our time is the worst period of all Islamic eras, because the scales are commonly showing the wrong thing, not reality. Therefore, I am asking Salafi people, which scale do you have now, and from whom does it come, that you use to judge people? You are saying, "You are saahib bid`a, doing haraam, mushrik, kaafir," but which scale are you using? Say! If not, hold your tongues, because the Lord of Heavens is looking at your hearts, which are bringing the tongues of people to judge others as wrong ones or true ones! You are responsible! Who is your teacher, or your trainer, or your guide? Don't say, "Salafi." What are their names and from whom do they inherit that knowledge? This is the basis of the whole crisis in Islam for ummat al-Habeeb:
وروي عن رسول الله -صلى الله عليه وسلم- أنه قال: ستفترق أمتي على ثلاث وسبعين فرقة
Sataftariqu ummatee `alaa thalaatha wa saba`een firqah.
My nation will divide into 73 sects.
There are 73 firqah, sects. We must understand that hadith. You are Salafi `ulamas, and you must make clear which sect is acceptable in the Divine Presence! Do you think it is written on that scale, "Salafi" or "Wahabi"? There are so many wrong ways, but where is the real way of Ahlu ’l-Sunnah wa ’l-Jama`ah? Where is the real way of the Seal of Prophet (s) that he is giving to 124,000 Sahaabah, his followers? And he is saying: (Mawlana Shaykh stands)
أصحابي كالنجوم، بأيّهم اقتديتم اهتديتم
Ashaabee ka 'n-nujoom bi ayyihim iqtadaytum, ihtadaytum
My Companions are like stars. Whichever of them you use as a guide, you will be rightly guided.
(Mawlana Shaykh sits) Bring proof and say, "We are following that Sahaabah," as the Salaafu s-saaliheen were following Sahaabah. Now, which Sahaabah are going to be your leaders, your guides? Therefore, a heavy responsibility is on the Salafi `ulamas because they are cutting the ways of other communities, saying, "You are wrong and only we are right." In Islam, yukhtalib, we are addressing and calling all nations and all people, saying there are several ways for people to move freely towards Paradise and Allah Almighty's pleasure. Therefore, every night, those who are the real followers of Sahaabah are making me address people so they can understand something of the reality of Islam that makes people be good ones, not bad ones. Who are the teachers? 124,000 Sahaabah, Companions, and then their followers! You can't bring a new way in our day, saying the people from the past are ahlul bida`, people of innovation, or mushrik, idol worshipers, or people of the wrong way or bad people. Make it clear!
May Allah forgive us, for the sake of the Seal of Prophets, Sayyidina Muhammad (s)! (Mawlana Shaykh stands and sits)
