Salaam 'alaykum wa rahmatullahi wa barakaatuh. Alhamdulillah…alhamdulillah that He made us from Ummat an-Nabi (s) and enlightened us with the Light of Holy Qur'an and made us followers of the Nabi Adnan (s). The Prophet (s) said:

Verily, deeds are by intention and each person will have what he intended. whoever made migration for Allah and His Prophet, then his migration is for what he intended and if his hijrah is for a woman or some other purpose, then that is what you will reach.

And so know that for you is the naseeha, the advice of the Prophet (s).

Qaal an-Nabi (s): Ad-deenu naseeha, ad-deenu naseeha, ad-deenu naseeha. Qulnaa liman? Qaala lillah wa li kitaabihi wa li-rasoolihi wa li-a’immati ’l-muslimmeena wa `amatihim.

Where the Prophet (s) said: "Religion is advice." We said, "To whom?" and the Prophet (s) said, "To Allah and to His Book, (to advise the believers to follow the Book of Allah) then (he said to follow) His Prophet, then the leaders of the Muslims and their common-folk.

So next is to command the people to follow the Prophet (s) and, as Allah said in Holy Qur'an:

Wa maataakumu ’r-rasoolu fakhudhoohu wa maa nahaakum `anhu fantahoo.

Leave what Prophet (s) forbade and take what he ordered. (Surat al-Hashr, 59:7)

Whatever the Prophet (s) brought take it and whatever he forbade, leave it. So naseeha is obligatory on every Muslim man and woman, and then he (s) said that naseeha is for al-a'immat al-muslimeen, to the leaders and imams of the Muslims, and then to the common people.

Haqq al-muslim `ala al-muslim sittun. qeela maa hunna ya rasoolullah? Qaala: idhaa laqiyahu fayusallim `alayhi wa idhaa da`aka an fa-ajib-hu wa idhaa’stsahak fansah lahu, wa idhaa `atasa fa-hamid allahu fa-shamit-hu wa idha marada fa`ud-hu wa idhaa maata fattab`ihu.

Abu Hurayrah (r) related that the Prophet (s) said:

The rights of a Muslim on another Muslim are six: if a Muslim meets you give him/her salams in home, in street, in masjid, etc., and if he invites you to accept;,and if he seeks your advice to give it, and if he sneezes to say "yarhamakallah", and if he gets sick to visit him, and if he dies to follow him to the grave. (Muslim)

And a Sahaabi (r) came to the Prophet (s) to take baya` and he gave him the following advice:

Verily, by the Lord of this masjid, the naseeha is part of Islam and a pillar of it.

So if you don’t, then you will not benefit people from your knowledge. That naseeha is one of the most essential aspects of Islam and for that reason the Prophet (s) mentioned it three times in the hadith, "Ad-deenu naseeha, ad-deenu naseeha, ad-deenu naseeha."
