Even Sayyidina Abu Bakr (r) Was Worried

Ramadan Series, Vol 21

Shaykh Hisham Kabbani

20 June 2017 Fenton Zawiya, Michigan

Zhuhr Suhbah

Ama ba`ad, what comes after ama ba`ad? Nothing. In the khutbah or lecture we say ama ba`ad, “What’s now?” not in the future but aan, now. Fa quloobun mukasir, broken heart is now, that is it.

In the Divine Presence, don’t think you will feel an open heart! You will feel broken-hearted, not because you are unhappy, of course you are happy to be there, but when you see something you wish you had seen before and realize you lost that time from when something great was first offered to you but you were not ready, then you consider yourself not ready, that’s what is important. All of us have broken hearts. And the most brokenhearted is Sayyidina Muhammad (s), for his Ummah. What will Allah do to for him then? That is why when Sayyida Amina (r) gave birth to Prophet (s), when he appeared his dhikr was, “Ummati, Ummati.” As the mashayikh and the biographies say, he was concerned about his Ummah from day one. His heart is broken if his Ummah is not with him. Your heart will also be broken if you see the sincere ones you have known are not with you. That is why Sayyidina Shah Naqshband (q) said the way of Naqshbandi Tariqah is tariqatun as-suhbah, the way of association, to be with everyone, then you feel your life is sweet life.

Our way is companionship (to be together in association) and the best is in the gathering.

Your heart won't be broken, but wa laqin yatmainni qalbi, we have to worship until our heart is satisfied. Whose heart will be satisfied? Prophet (s) asks Allah more and more for his Ummah, because he wants us to have quloobun mutmainna, for our hearts to be satisfied with what we are doing and with what Allah will give us. This is what is important!

Sayyidina Ibrahim (a) asked Allah, "How do you bring the deceased back to life?" That means the Ummah, human beings, are deceased and Allah will bring us back as He likes, to be supported with satisfaction.

When Ibrahim said, "Show me, Lord, how You will raise the dead." He replied, "Have you no faith?" He said, "Yes, but just to reassure my heart." Allah said, "Take four birds, draw them to you and cut their bodies into pieces. Scatter them over the mountain tops, then call them back. They will come swiftly to you. Know that Allah is Mighty, Wise." (Surat al-Baqara, 2:260)

Allah said, "I gave you all those signs, I gave you everything, yaa Ibrahim! You saw the Sun, the Moon...aren’t you happy?"

Sayyidina Ibrahim (s) said, "Yes, yaa Rabbee, I am happy, wa laqin yatmainni qalbi, but I want peace, I don't have peace in my heart; a wa lam tu'min, I am mu'min, yaa Rabbee, wa laqin yatmainni qalbi, but I want my heart to accept and to be at peace, to be happy."

Allah told him, "Okay, I will give you something that will bring peace to your heart. Take four birds, cut them into pieces, put them in four different corners of the field, and then call them. They will fly to you, yaa Ibrahim."

He cut the birds into pieces. The scholars and awliyaullah say he didn’t only cut them, but he chopped them very fine and mixed them all together, and then he called them, each piece of meat joined to form the original bird, and the birds flew to him! Who can put every piece together like that? Allah (swt).

So he said, "Yaa Rabbee, I surrender!"

Allah sent him a test. awliyaullah, `ulama and the Ummah are always under tests. Our test is from Iblees, so either you fa-firroo ila ‘Llah, run to Allah, or you run to Iblees.

Run to Allah (from all that is false and evil)! (Surat adh-Dhaariyaat, 51:50)

We run to Allah (swt), but Iblees is pulling our feet to ruin us, and we are weak. Muslim lecturers often say, “ama ba`ad,” indicating, “Wait, I will give you my lecture from beginning to end,” which is nonsense, because we only need, “Give me what is necessary for me.” Allah, Allah! Ama ba`ad. Yaa `ibaad!

Obey Allah, obey the Prophet, and obey those in authority among you. (Surat an-Nisaa, 4:59)

This is ama ba`ad: to obey Allah, obey Prophet (s) and obey those who are on authority, `ulamaullah and awliyaullah. So what do we have to do now? We have to surrender, but how? Surrendering is difficult. We must surrender from moment to moment, thumma aamanu, thumma aamanu, thumma aamanu, as Allah (swt) said:

إِنَّ الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ ثُمَّ كَفَرُواْ ثُمَّ آمَنُواْ ثُمَّ كَفَرُواْ ثُمَّ ازْدَادُواْ كُفْرًا

Those who believe, then reject faith, then (again) believe and (again) reject faith and go on increasing in unbelief. (Surat an-Nisa, 4:137)

One day they are good, and one day they are not good, they are falling into this problem. One day you do something good, one day you do something bad, but really our duty is to struggle all the time.

So Allah sent him another test, He threw him into Nimrud’s fire; they took Sayyidina Ibrahim (a) to burn him. This is ama ba`ad, what is after, they will torture you until the end! But we are unable to be tortured, yaa Rabbee, yaa Allah, we are weak! You created human beings and the universe with perfection, so rejuvenate us to be happy! We ask from You and we are coming to Your Prophet (s) to ask him to restore us to normal and rejuvenate our hearts, our eyes, our minds, our bodies, our souls! You are The One and this is Ramadan! (Mawlana weeps.) Anta Rabbun ahmun abeed, yaa Allah! Laa hawla wa laa quwatta illa billahi 'l-`Aliyyu 'l-`Azheem.

Allah put him in a bigger test when Sayyidina Ibrahim (a) asked for peace in his heart. On one side, Allah gave him peace in his heart and on the other side He gave him fire! What bigger test do you want? After he called the four birds to come to him, one foot was in satisfaction and happiness and one foot was in that huge fire from Nimrud and his shayateen companion Abarisan that set to burn Sayyidina Ibrahim (a). Allah destroyed it, yes, but if Allah opened the intensity that Sayyidina Ibrahim (a) was taking on himself, the whole universe would have cracked and disappeared from naar al-hubb lilla Azza wa Jall, the Fire of Love, of hirs, ecstasy, you feel for Allah when He has put you in a big imtihaan, test, and you surrender to Him.

He said to Ibrahim (a), "Solve it by yourself."

They went to do it and the fire was huge. At that moment, Sayyidina Jibreel (a) came to him and said, "Yaa Ibrahim, do you need any help? If so, I will immediately help you."

Sayyidina Ibrahim (a) said, “No! Man alsalatahu wa ahlamu bi haalih, The One Who sent you knows more than you and me about this situation. You did not come here on your own accord (Allah sent you). I don't need you, I need Him."

O fire! Be cool and peaceful on Ibrahim. (Surat al-Anbiyaa, 21:69)

The fire could not cool down so much that Ibrahim (a) and all people around him would freeze, like ice, "O fire! Be cool and peaceful," that is what is important. They catapulted him into the fire and at that moment it was as if he was in Paradise: that piece was Paradise and all around him was fire! Today hilaaq adh-dhikr is that piece of Paradise and everything around it is fire: in the house, at work, outside, in the community, the fire of jealousy, hatred and crime! Everything around it is in the circle of fire and we are in the middle in hilaaq adh-dhikr, feeling Paradise. That is why hilaaq adh-dhikr is important, and for everyone to say Kalimaat at-Tawheed, “Laa ilaaha illa-Llah Muhammadun Rasoolullah.” Yaa Rabbee, jaa alaa hal la kulli lisaan, make it on every tongue!

Kalimaat at-Tawheed puts you as either mu'min or mushrik. It cleans the kufr and shirk from the `abd. You are purified by it, and it benefits you to say, "Laa ilaaha illa-Llah Muhammadun Rasoolullah." Allah is happy that we are agreeing and accepting Kalimaat at-Tawheed, but if you call Him by His Name “Allah,” He will be even more happy with you. We might say, “Laa ilaaha illa-Llah Muhammadun Rasoolullah,” but when you say, "Allah!" it is different.

Kalimaat at-Tawheed is like a trademark you must have on everything, but Lafz al-Jalala, to call on Allah (swt) directly, is very difficult. It means you have moved forward from Maqaam at-Tawheed to Maqaam al-Ahadiyya, from everything you can see in front of you that indicates The Creator, to the Station of Uniqueness, where there is only One, the Divine Presence. They will take you from Maqaam at-Tawheed to the Divine Presence, Saahib al-Mulqi wal Malakoot, just by calling His Name! Alhamdulillah, that Allah put His Name on our tongues, Lafz al-Jalaala. Some wrongly say, "Don't do dhikr by the tongue, it is haraam, shirk, bid`a, kufr."

I am happy with some pages they publish as they praise Allah (swt) and express their feelings by coloring the Holy Name of Allah (swt). In every place it is mentioned in the Holy Qur'an: you see a red “Allah,” it stands out. If it is haraam, why aren’t they saying for these highlighted musaahif to be thrown away? For them, why isn’t that haraam, shirk, bid`a, kufr? Because they make money publishing. They don't want us to say, "Allah," but Allah says, “Qul Allah.”

Say "Allah," then leave them to plunge in vain discourse and trifling. (Surat al-An`am, 6:91)

So when you say "Allah," He responds, as He mentioned to Prophet (s) I this Hadith Qudsiyy:

“I am as my slave thinks of me. And I am with him when he remembers Me. If he remembers me to himself, then I remember him to myself. If He remembers me in a group, then I remember him in a group better than it. Whoever approaches Me by a hand's span, I approach him by an arm's length. Whoever approaches Me by an arm's length, I approach him by two arm's length. If he comes to Me walking, I come to him running.” (Bukhari and Muslim)

That is currently dhikrullah in these days is very popular. Recite as much salawaat as you can, it goes to your heart easily, but when you sit to make dhikrullah of "Allah, Allah, Allah, Allah, Allah," it becomes heavier and you stop because it is carrying it a lot. You cannot carry what Allah gives you when you say Ism al-Jalaala, because we haven't reached `alaa bi dhikrullahi tatma’inna ‘l-quloob in our hearts:

أَلاَ بِذِكْرِ اللّهِ تَطْمَئِنُّ الْقُلُوبُ

Truly in remembrance of Allah do hearts find tranquility. (Ar-Ra`d, 13:28)

Rabi`a al-Adawiyya (q) said, "It took me seven years to make dhikrullah with the intention that I destroy what is blocking me from Lafz al-Jalala." She spent seven years doing dhikr of "Allah, Allah." Her ego told her, "No, it is too much, don't do it." She said, "No, I will continue and to overcome all obstacles until I reach the reality of dhikrullah." She said, "And Allah opened it for me." She was asking, "Yaa Rabbee! I want the Noor of Your Name, Lafz al-Jalaala, to come to my heart. Even if it is as small as the eye of a needle, it will be enough for me."

Itminaan is when you have peace and ease: Allah creates love in your heart from Lafz al-Jalaala and you are dressed with that in order to come to Him clean and pure. That is why they call it Ism al-Jalaala, Ismullah al-`Azham, the Greatest Name of Allah's Ninety-Nine Names is “Allah.” Every Prophet asked for the secret of Ismullah al-`Azham, but Allah only gave it to Sayyidina Muhammad (s); Sayyidina Musa (a) asked for it and Allah didn't give it to him, which is why he asked:

قَالَ رَبِّ أَرِنِي أَنظُرْ إِلَيْكَ قَالَ لَن تَرَانِي وَلَـكِنِ انظُرْ إِلَى الْجَبَلِ فَإِنِ اسْتَقَرَّ مَكَانَهُ فَسَوْفَ تَرَانِي

He said, "O my Lord! Show Yourself to me that I may look upon You." Allah said, "By no means can you see Me (directly), but look upon the mountain: if it abides in its place, then you shall see Me."

(Surat al-`Araaf, 7:143)

He said, “Yaa Allah, let me see you.” Allah said, “No, you cannot see Me. If you want to see Me, look upon the mountain and I will send My Tajalli. If it stays the way it is, then you can see Me. If it shatters, then you cannot.”

When his Lord manifested His glory on the mount, He made it as dust and Moses fainted.

(Surat al-`Araaf, 7:143)

When Allah manifested His Beautiful Name “Allah” on the mountain, it completely shattered to dust. Musa (a) fainted as if he had an electric shock, like hospitals use to restore a patient’s heartbeat. We are asking Allah (swt) to give us that power in order to open all our hearts. All prophets asked for Ismullah al-`Azham, but Allah didn’t reveal it. Prophet (s) went to the Divine Presence with the secret of Ismullah al-`Azham, not because Sayyidina Jibreel (a) was accompanying him, but because Allah (swt) wanted him to be dressed from that Reality, so that he may know the Greatness of his Creator and that he (s) is His servant.

Before every prayer we proclaim, “Allahu Akbar!” confessing there is no limit to His Greatness! Allah created this universe beyond limits, you cannot say He is limited to a place within it.

His Throne extends over the Heavens and the Earth. (Surah al-Baqarah, 2:255)

Allah said in the Holy Qur’an that His Chair is bigger than the entire universe. What about His `Arsh and His Throne? When Bilqees, the Queen of Sheba, was traveling to meet Sayyidina Sulayman (a), he asked, “Who can bring me her throne?” One of the jinn said, “I can bring her throne before your meeting finishes.” He said, “What’s the benefit of that when I want it now?”

Answered he who was illumined by Revelation, “As for me, I shall bring it to you before the twinkling of your eye ceases!” (Surat an-Naml, 27:40)

Sayyidina Sulayman’s (a) minister Asif al-Barkhiya (r), was an `alim who had heavenly knowledge of the Reality of `Ilm al-Qur’an, `Ilm al-Hadeeth, `Ilm at-Tawraat, `Ilm al-Injeel. He said, “I will get it for you,” and her throne was there in the blink of an eye, because he also had the power of `Ilm al-Kitaab, The Knowledge of Tawraat. What do you think of the one who has the Knowledge of Holy Qur’an? That one can do what no one else can.

So when you say, “Allah,” that is enough, you don’t need anything else. He told us in the ayah to say, “Allah,” so we say, “Allah!” Leave the others to play with their dunya matters. So the fire of love Sayyidina Ibrahim (a) had for Allah and Prophet (s) was greater than and completely destroyed Nimrod’s fire as if it never existed! That is how Allah gave His Ni`mah to Sayyidina Ibrahim (a) and it made him to feel at ease.

Yaa Rabbee! This is Ramadan, let us feel at ease. Dress us with Your Endless Manifestations of Your Beautiful Names and Attributes! Don’t deprive us, yaa Rabbee! Unite us with your Prophet (s) in dunya and Akhirah!

Sayyidina Ibrahim (s) said, “The one who sent you knows more about my state.” Allah is happy with all His prophets.

Sayyidina Abu Bakr (r) wept at the Ka`bah, he disappeared. The Prophet (s) entered and asked him, “Why are you crying? You are as-Siddiq! Allah made you as-Siddiq al-Akbar! You will be trusted by everyone, Siddiq in dunya and Akhirah.”

Sayyidina Abu Bakr (r) said, “Yaa Rasoolullah, I accept, but I want something that will put my heart at ease as I feel ill at ease.”

The Prophet (s) asked, “How are you saying that, yaa Abu Bakr? You are with me!”

He says to his Companion, “Don’t be sad for, indeed, Allah is with us.” (Surat at-Tawbah, 9:40)

Prophet (s) said to his friend, “Don’t be sad, Allah is with us.” From love, Sayyidina Abu Bakr wept even more as he didn’t want to be away from Prophet or Allah, he wanted Mahabbatullah, Mahabbat al-Habeeb, Mahabbat al-Mashayikh, Fanaa fi 'l-Allah, Fanaa fi 'l-Habeeb, Fanaa fi 'l-Mashaykh, to be completely annihilated in the love of Allah (swt), Prophet (s), and awliyaullah, to submit completely, to never raise his head! Yaa Rabbee, keep our heads down (in submission) and dress us with humbleness!

So he wanted peace, but how to get it? He got it when Jibreel (a) came and said, “Yaa Rasoolullah, tell Abu Bakr to stop crying and you also please stop,” as Prophet (s) was continuously crying with him.

Sayyidina Abu Bakr (r) said, “Allah (swt) said I am Siddiq,’ but if He now wants to take that away from me and put me in Hellfire, who can stop it?” Of course, Rasoolullah (s) will, but he still posed a question. “I cannot go to Paradise with no account with my `amal, I need your Intercession, but who can guarantee I will get that? If Allah wants to change it, can anyone interfere?” No one!

Allah gave the power of Intercession to Sayyidina Muhammad (s), but Sayyidina Abu Bakr (r) said, “If Allah wants to change that, who can stop it?” No one! Where will the `ulama be on the Day of Judgement? Can they do anything? All prophets will not be able to defend and intercede for their nations, they will come to Sayyidina Muhammad (s) for his Intercession. Where will we be, with a nice group there, or with another group far away? No one knows, and there is no way to know. You make dhikr, do your awraad, you read Holy Qur’an; if Allah wants to change it and take it away, who can say anything? You attend `ulama’s lectures and associations, but what can they do for you? Nothing, except take you to Prophet (s), but not every scholar can do that. Awliyaullah can do that: their job is to present you to Prophet (s).

So Sayyidina Abu Bakr (r) wanted something that will send him to Paradise. Jibreel (a) said, “Yaa Rasoolullah (s), Allah will not change anything for Sayyidina Abu Bakr (r) or for Ummat an-Nabi (s). They are Ummat al-Marhooma and Ummat al-Maghfoora, the Ummah given mercy and forgiveness. Let them be happy.” So be happy! But there is fire with happiness. Sayyidina Ibrahim (a) was able to manage it as he is a prophet. How will we manage to be in fire and save ourselves? There is no way, except by Rahmatullah, Allah’s Mercy.

It took Sayyida Rabi`ah al-Adawiyya (q) seven years to say “Allah” continuously. Each time you recite Lafz al-Jalala, “Allah,” one after another, it begins to come on your tongue easily . Whenever you sit down to make the dhikr “Allah” with or without tasbeeh, immediately you begin to feel heavy and you stop, or Shaytan comes in many different ways--as a human gossiping in your ear, on the phone, or an alarm clock will ring--and you will begin to feel sleepy. All this will come to you to distract you from that dhikr, and it took her seven years to eliminate it. Then when she sat o make dhikr of Lafz al-Jalala, she felt that peace and happiness.

May Allah (swt) forgive us. The Light of Ism al-Jalala can change everything in you and rejuvenate you. There was a very well-known wali and `alim from Baghdad, Hasan al-Basri (r), even Ibn Taymiyya, who was on the extreme side in `aqeedah of Ahlu ’s-Sunnah wa ’l-Jama`ah, accepted his wilayah. One time as he was leaving the city to go back home, he saw Rabi`ah al-Adawiyya (q) sitting in the desert and was astonished to see both wild and domestic animals were gathered around her in peace. It was a circle of love where no one touched the other, all sat quietly listening as she made her dhikr of “Allah, Allah.” Yaa Allah, forgive us. All the animals sat around her listening, but as soon as Sayyidina Hasan al-Basri (q) approached they all ran away, because it was not in his heart, he had not yet reached her level.

Rabi`ah al-Adawiyya (q) accumulated power through reading Lafz al-Jalala, "Allah, Allah, Allah," that satisfied her after she carried a very heavy load for seven years. Then she was satisfied with dhikrullah as her heart was connected with the Divine Presence. Then she was happy and felt tranquility and ease, like when swim, some people float on their backs, which means the density of the body is balanced, like with wood and iron: iron cannot float, but wood can. Allahu Akbar! Our body cannot float, our soul can float. Tu´manina pulls the body up and makes it float. That is why people can float, because they surrender to the ocean, they don't feel afraid; if you feel even a little afraid, you sink. So she developed tranquility in her heart by which she surrendered completely and didn't feel heavy; that's why she was floating. Her student, Hasan al-Basri (q) hadn't reached that level yet: he was drowning and that's why the animals ran away, and he knew he needed to perfect his heart with dhikrullah.

May Allah (swt) keep us with His awliya and prophets, especially Sayyidina Muhammad (s), the Master of Prophets and this universe; Allah gave that to him, no one can deny it! Say, "Allah!" [Allah!] Allah didn't give it to anyone else. That is why there are two groups of people: the whole Muslim Ummah is either wahban or kasban: granted the rewards without struggling (wahban); or granted rewards through your hard work and discipline (kasban). Both are granted forgiveness in the end.

May Allah grant us forgiveness for the sake of His Beautiful Name, Ismullah al-`Azham.

That is why it is said that if you read the first three ayahs of every surah daily, for sure you will pass over Ismullah al-`Azham. It comes from the name “Allah,” Lafz al-Jalala, but the Name itself we don't know: it is hidden, embedded in one of the three ayaat of every surah. One of the three ayaat of the 114 surahs has Ismullah al-`Azham embedded in it. So if you read the three first verses of every surah, for sure you will have read Ismullah al-`Azham and it will be written for you as if you knew Ismullah al-`Azham, if you do it once in your life it is accepted. awliyaullah made it their daily awraad to recite the first three ayaat from every surah.

We are weak, yaa Rabbee! This advice is for all of us, for the Ummah and anyone listening. We are more in need of the advice as they are better than us; at least they are listening from far away, while we sat together, I can see you and you can see me, but they are following without being here. May Allah bless all who are watching. Allahu Akbar! Wa min Allahi 't-tawfeeq, bi hurmati 'l-Fatihah.

It is enough, Laylat al-Qadr is coming. We don't know what it will bring or what Allah wants to open for Ummat an-Nabi (s) and all His Creation. What we know is to wait; what He reveals to awliyaullah through Prophet (s) they know, so we will wait, we don't claim anything. We will see what kind of changes will come on us. There are so many problems now; there is no peace, no itminaan, no tranquility.

Look how many people are here: whether ten or a thousand, everyone has a problem, no one can raise his head. All of us have problems, so we are one. There is no tranquility, shayateen are everywhere, especially that group of shayateen we mentioned in the beginning of the suhbah, haskut an-naaqiq. Grandshaykh (q) used to mention that Prophet (s) often sent Sayyidina `Ali (k) to fight the aliens that were closest to Earth. Don't think there is no other Creation, Allah created many Creations! Allah knows His Creation best, so if we say there is only us we are limiting Allah's power, and Allah says, "Allahu Akbar alaa kulli min tajabba wa li kaffur alaa kulli shakhs, Allah is greater than you think and He can do what He wants!

So this group of shayateen, devils, maradat al-jinn, are very strong, aggressive jinn who don't care what happens, even bloodshed. They were able to penetrate the black hole and come to Earth. Grandshaykh (q) said fifty years ago, "They are coming on Earth to cause a big fitna among people," so that no one likes the other one, like the two angels Haroot and Maroot who came to teach people sihr (evil eye), how to separate husbands and wives mostly, and other sihr. These devils are doing the same thing. Those two angels taught the people of Babylon how to make sihr but told them, "We have taught you this power, but don't use it," but of course the people used it and that is how sihr was spread everywhere.

Yes, there is sihr and also people who can take it away, people who take permission from awliya or they will not do it. Who has that power doesn't use it against anyone, they only use it to benefit those who are fighting. They can stop the sihr on both of them, but they wait until the order comes as they cannot transgress. Some awliya are allowed to transgress. Iblees is not a wali or prophet, he is the devil and Allah cursed him, but he was allowed into Paradise and whispered in the ear of Adam (a), is it not? When did he whisper gossip in the ear of Sayyidina Adam (a), on Earth? No, he did it in Paradise! If we ask ourselves how, it is Allah’s iraadah, His will. Therefore, awliyaullah always wait for Allah’s will to manifest, because:

وَمَكَرُواْ وَمَكَرَ اللّهُ وَاللّهُ خَيْرُ الْمَاكِرِينَ

They (unbelievers) planned evil and Allah also planned, and He is The Best of Planners.(Surat Aali `Imraan, 3:54)

Allah’s will overcomes all things. These devils come on Earth to separate people, to cause bloodshed and spread confusion and hate. These are Signs of the Last Days that Prophet (s) mentioned. Read those Ahadith to know more about the groups in the Middle East who justify bloodshed and killing for no reason. May Allah stop them and guide them to be blessed, and if they don’t stop may Allah (swt) take them, which is better than them making zhulm on Earth, making good people fight each other. Now everyone is fighting; if a person could take a bite of food from your mouth and eat it, he would! Allah doesn’t allow you to take anything! Allah called them shayateenu ‘l-insi wa ‘l-jinn, devils among human beings and jinn working together to make confusion on Earth, and that’s what we are now seeing more than before. There was sihr before, but now now it so prominent, like an earthquake that shakes the entire Earth.

May Allah save us, our children and every Muslim, mu'min, and even non-Muslims. Allah (swt) will judge them and He will judge us. Whatever He gives of His iraadah we have to follow. He sent messengers to bring everyone to Islam; those who accept are Ummat al-Ijaabah, those who don't accept are Ummat ad-Dawah. Ummat al-Ijabah are those who responded with, "Yes, we accept Allah as The Creator and Sayyidina Muhammad (s) as His Messenger." Those who did not accept are still from Ummat an-Nabi (s), but they are Ummat ad-Dawah, the nation we need to explain Islam to, and this is what Muslims do today. May Allah make Ahlu ’s-Sunnah wa ’l-Jama`ah more and more powerful, to bring people to the heart of Prophet (s) and to awliyaullah.

Wa min Allahi 't-tawfeeq, wa ‘s-salaamu `alaykum wa rahmatullaahi wa barakaatuh.

Although we don't feel ease in our hearts, we must surrender to make ourselves feel at ease, because if we don't push ourselves to feel at ease we will always be confused and never know what to do. Take a direction and follow it, and inshaa-Allah, Allah (swt) will guide you to the Right Way. If Allah loves someone, He will make a guide for him in his heart.

" إِذَا أَرَادَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى بِعَبْدٍ خَيْرًا ، جَعَلَ لَهُ وَاعِظًا مِنْ قَلْبِهِ يَأْمُرُهُ وَيَنْهَاهُ "

If Allah (swt) wants goodness for His servant, He will make for him a guide in his heart.

(Abu Na`eem al-Ispahani in Hilyat al-Awliya from Ahmad bin Hanbal)

We ask, “Yaa Rabbee, give us a guide to follow from within our hearts!” Alhamdulillah wa shukrulillah if they accept us. We have followed two saints: Shaykh `AbdAllah al-Fa'iz ad-Daghestani and Sayyidina Shaykh Muhammad Nazim al-Haqqani (q), and we follow many others, but those are our main pillars as they took us and everyone to Prophet (s). May Allah bless their souls and let us see them in dunya and Akhirah, inshaa-Allah.

Bi hurmati 'l-habeeb, bi hurmati 'l-Fatihah.
